DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! every time i come here i always have a bad experience! when i get ice cream idk if he's the manager or what but he doesn't give us the full scoop! when i go to other locations they give us the right amount or more! every time i come here for a cake he overcharges! EVERY SINGLE TIME! Once he got our order wrong for a cake and the receipt said exactly what we wanted and he proceeded to yell at my mom that it was her fault and we didn't say anything but we had the receipt with his handwriting with the correct order written down. I'm reading the reviews and noticed that I wasn't the only one being overcharged. I came in today and noticed the cake had a new sticker over the price. When i got home i removed the sticker and the price was cheaper than the amount he charged me! I came in December and he also charged us $20 per toy for the cake. Two tiny mario brothers for $40! I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt. NEVER coming here again.

Ok. Let me start by saying I got out of the car and went in Baskin n Robbin's but there was no one there to service me. The gentleman that work there started walking across the parking lot smoking a cigarette. He said, "oh I was taking a smoke break". I said ok. The gentleman proceeded to the sink and rinsed his hands. At no time did he use soap or hand sanitizer. He rinsed his hands with water for 3 seconds, dried them off and proceeded to place my order. Me being disgusted and confused because not only did he smell like an ashtray, and the store smelled like pure cigarette smoke because he just came from outside but he didn't wash his hands with soap! That is nasty, disgusting and a safe and health issue, while working with food and beverages, and never considered to wash his hands properly. Nor did he try to put on gloves. Once he turned around and asked me what I wanted, I then said, "Nevermind, no thank you", and left the store. I will never go there again. I can only imagine how many times he has done this freely. Please avoid this Baskin and Robbin's, very unsanitary!
I stopped by this location on my way home from the doctor today. Fawan and Mohammed (father&son) were polite and friendly. The store was decorated really nicely and it was very clean. I will definitely be back! Their service was great! Check them out...you won't be disappointed.

Today I Was there for the first time and it's gonna be the last time to this Baskin Robins. The Indian young girl right after I ordered she put an ice cream on a cone and start sneezing. I looked at her and said "oh no" then she look at me and just smile at me and handle it to me. I was just astonished and left the store. I did not want to bring it to my car ,so I just go straight to a trash can at outside. Unbelievable I thought she would gave me another one , but apparently not. Is this a culture different or Baskin Robin never teach them how to serve a customer. Either way I would never go to a store to buy the ice cream again Never know what going on. I will rather go to a grocery store to get it.

Check your receipts for extra charges! I was charged “1 local item fee $1.” When I asked the manager what it was for he said, “for the cone.” Mind you, I got 3 separate single scoops on cake cones. No other BR that I’ve been to does this.
