Disguisting Food Service handling. My “Top Chef Benihana Master” was a disgrace cutting raw chicken and using the same knife for the rest of the meal without even a cleaning attempt.. NOT EVEN AN ATTEMPT. Adding to my list of Chef’s to request NOT to come to my table: PEPE, JOSE, CHRIS, RILEY. Do not come here unless you want FOOD POISONING.

Aaron was an absolute sweetheart always checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. He was very friendly towards everyone and he overall had a great attitude. The food could use a little less butter and a little more spice to it but otherwise, the meal was enjoyable and the show was very vibrant and colorful. Would recommend for full parties:)

My server was great and he accommodated me when I had to switch out my appetizer because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I forget his name but he was a young guy with glasses.

Okay so we went on Easter Sunday at 3pm and it was PACKED. I don't recommend going on a holiday. We had reservations and we were seated fairly quickly. Remember folks, this is communal seating so if you are not with at least 7 people then you will be sitting with another party. Please be advised there is a severe lack of table space so if you're ordering appetizers and drinks, you'll be short of space. The chef, Earl, was great and engaging and knew how to cook. Overall, good experience, especially if you have kids. They'll love it.

They were short staff. We sat at 7pm and our cook didn't get to us till after 8pm! I love Benihana but this was ridiculous 🙄

Juan and Gabby were fantastic to our group! We celebrated a birthday and they were super attentive and helped with the ice cream and cake! Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate!
Erick was wonderful!!! He put on an amazing show and gave my husband a wonderful birthday! I have been here before and the food was good BUT last night Erick did an amazing job cooking! We will definitely be back and we will be asking for him!!

We had a reservation for 7:45. They didn't seat us until after 8:30. When we sat down we waited another 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We didn't get water brought to us or any drinks for an hour after we sat. The kids were crying because they were so tired after all the waiting. Our server was very nice, it was not his fault they were understaffed. The food was great but the show was so so. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you have kids and can't wait around for 2 hours before being served. We also waited for 30 minutes at the bar to get water. They just kept walking past saying be right with you and never taking the order. I gave two stars only for the server being kind and trying his best and the food being great.

The chef and food was great! The service ok and the ambience is zero! Update and get rid of the carpet! Hot, smoky, crowded and moist are not what I want when eating out!

Worst Benihana ever! Skip this location for sure, many better Benihana or other hibachi!
Too many bad experiences in just 5 minutes! Racist and rude bartender asking for payment before giving drinks to my brown husband, terrible smell in the place, tried to seat us with another party of four but split our group in half and the host just stood there and said oh well, asked for the manager and waited 10 minutes but they couldn't be bothered to come out.
This location employees and management don't care! Take your money elsewhere. Disappointing all around.
