I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place today. The pizza came out with the toppings still undercooked, so I asked them to heat it up again. To my surprise, they put a sheet of paper under the pizza and placed it directly into the oven—the paper burned and the whole pizza smelled off. I asked for a remake, but the second pizza came out burnt, and when I picked it up, my hand was covered in black carbon residue.
This was honestly one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. The food quality and handling were unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant improves its kitchen practices. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Pesto bread sticks were delicious and a great value in the South Bay. Went here for a lunch meeting and was stoked to spend less than $10. Parking lot was insane tho on a Sunday, hence the lacking star.

Especially Shy and the blonde lady were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and really made me feel welcome. Came in since I was visiting the area and have haven’t been to this specific Blaze in a while. The wife and I shared a pizza and were excited to come in as the inside smelled so fresh.
Unfortunately the good times ended there as we may have been received by an employee having a bad day. We weren’t greeted we came in, but that’s not such a big deal. But when asked for our order name, it felt like it was purposely misspelled.
We were then rushed through the toppings options and requests were verbally acknowledged but not actually accommodated. Not too sure of this employee was having a bad day, but I felt like they were taking it out on us.
At the time of checkout, the only words we got from this employee was our total & and if we wanted to receipt. After we got the receipt, I said “thank you” to which I was ignored so I said a second time “thank you” even louder. Surprisingly I was even ignored the second time around.
I’m hoping this isn’t a reflection of all the staff on site as the person who called out our name to pickup the pizza seemed more courteous but the specific employee’s name that initially received us apparently was “Sierra.”

Really good pizza but is absolutely never ready on time. Pick up orders have consistently not been ready until 20 mins after they said they would be.
Get the family special its the best for the bang of your buck. Also really good crust I like it thin and crispy.

I ordered a pizza with roasted garlic, instead of roasting the garlic cloves they just put raw garlic cloves and baked it with the pizza which just came out raw In the end… totally not the same. I also ordered arugula on top and they just packed it on there like crazy..

This is the BEST blaze pizza I’ve ever been to. All of the employees are so kind. Today, my boyfriend and I went in for the five for 35 and Miguel was so accommodating and patient with us. My boyfriend said he made him the best pizzas of any blaze pizza he’s ever had. He even changed his gloves with no problem because of my allergies. Also, the cinnamon bread is to die for.
