The low skilled over priced labor market is really showing its teeth now. This place was over staffed with people who could care less about what they were doing. Pizza was "ok" (being hot was a nice change as I brought it to the table) but we had to struggle with it was it was not cut right. place had the feeling and look of a prison cafeteria. Spartan, messy, drab. The restaurant biz in Ca is going into the toilet. High wages for unqualified people are biting into profitability (as is rent) so the food quality has to take a hit. The toppings were dismal and low quality and they are spread as thin as possible per company. protocol Im sure. I wont be back. plenty of better pizza around. Dominoes or costco will put this place out of biz for good. Good riddance

I got the pesto garlic cheesy bread. So good! It's about half the size of their 11" pizza, but it's thicker than their pizza. It has garlic on it, pesto sauce, cheese, and then two sides of red sauce. The minced garlic is fantastic. The pesto sauce is really good. The bread is fresh thick. The cheese is stretchy and gooey and all quality ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised. If I had to choose I would still pick the 11 inch pizza but if you just want some really good cheese sticks, this is the best out of all the corporate pizza places. Service was fine, I just ordered take-out, place is clean as always.

I got the simple pie, which is a cheese pizza. It is very clean tasting, and has a reasonable price of 8.99. After eating, it had a little too much salt. I would recommend not dining in personally, it feels sterile and cold.

Food is great, but I walked in and there was some type of school team, so I had 10 people in front of me as I got in line I had 15 more people just walk past me and cut me through the line RUDE AS CAN BE. Then the coach did it as well! And you're thinking oh "the coach is Gona pay for them", NOPE they all paid separately. I had to wait 30 mins to order, management sucks, might well just walk in front of everyone whenever you're there since nobody gives a flying f**k Never going here again
What in the world happened to this place? No one seems to care, and the manager most walks around staying in the back. The place where they build the pizzas used to be clean and now it's a mess. They charge you more and don't give you nearly the amount of toppings you used to get. They ran out of Eat in trays and as you can see, they are stacked up and no one bothers to walk around and get them. I.e. manager making sure everyone is doing their jobs. Charged for basil and as you can see, hardly any. We won't be back when You have places like Bonellos and Burratinos. Blaze has burnt out!

As os today 11/12/23 I change back my review to 5 stars because the owner/management fixed all the problems that I previously mentioned below. I would like to thank them for reading reviews and complaints and actually doing something about it.WAY TO GO!!.I downgraded to 4 stars because for the last 4 weeks the restroom is out of order and today the a c wasn't working either. I come here with my family at least once a week and I believe that a restaurant as busy as this one, should have a restroom working always and of course the ac since the place gets hot by the oven. They had the door open but We had to keep on watching for bugs flying around. This time I did not enjoy my pizza.
