Rude staff, seems to have attitude for no reason …

The owners daughter obviously feels entitled which isnt good at all for the business. I was there with my 2 friends and we were casually talking and laughing, having a good time when the girl in the white shirt and bun turned around and told us to keep it down because they were trying to watch Love Island. Don't come to a social environment to watch t.v and expect others around you to sit there quietly. Watch it at home or deal with it. After I brought it up to one of the employees they mentioned shes the owners daughter. Makes sense why she feels entitled.

Order onions rings they cost like 10 dollars and u only get 6 and they are soggy not crispy 10 dollars for that is crazy. onions rings that u only get 6 of , 3 chicken tenders and 6 boneless wings that’s the size of a grape is over 60 dollars I would not waste my money here. U can go to Harvey’s and get that meal for 20 dollars and not be soggy and get more then 6 onion rings

A Top Tier location for Buffalo Wild Wings. A nice indoor-outdoor bar location with lots of TV's everywhere to watch your fav sports game. Too bad the food is just do dang terrible there. I'd be there a lot more if the food quality was better.

I’m deeply disappointed with the service at your location, especially during our Father’s Day outing. Last visit, we waited 20 minutes to be seated despite empty tables. Today, June 15, 2025, we arrived to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband and our 11-month-old son, only to encounter a sign stating “OPEN SEATING.” However, when we attempted to seat ourselves, staff shouted at us to sit down and wait to be seated. This contradictory and unprofessional behavior was not only confusing but also humiliating, as it happened in front of other customers, leaving us embarrassed and uncomfortable.
We chose your restaurant to enjoy a special family moment, but this experience ruined our Father’s Day celebration. I request an apology for the rude treatment and clarification on your seating policies to prevent this from happening to others.

***UPDATE***
THERE IS NO UPDATE! I GOT A CALL FROM A JESSICA WHO SAID SHE WOULD FOLLOW UP AND I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD BACK FROM HER!
I’m disabled, I was there with my kids and grandkids and was kicked out because of poor management.
I see all the terrible reviews and now it makes sense.
Service is terrible!

Unfortunately, I cannot give negative stars, which is what they deserve. I generally love Bdubs, but this one was BY FAR the worst I've ever been to. I came here for the all you can eat wings. BIG mistake. First of all, the traditional wings themselves were shriveled, contained very little meat and were overcooked. And the service...WOW! They had one bartender, that's right ONE, making drinks for the entire restaurant with dozens of customers. She was also acting as the sole server for the entire bar area that sat over twenty. Everyone around me was complaining. From the time I sat down until I received my check after eating just over twenty wings, took nearly an hour and a half. No exaggeration. And I didn't come to hang out. I just wanted to eat dinner.

This is entirely at the feet of management who apparently doesn't give a rat's a** about their customers and doesn't have any idea of what even halfway decent customer service looks like. This was just another example these days of a business trying to save money on salary expense at the expense of you, their customers. Please do yourselves a favor and do not come to this restaurant, but whatever you do for heaven's sake, do NOT come here for the all you can eat wings. You'll be waiting forever while you're giving your money away to their management, who treat you like scum and view you as only there to justify their paycheck. Please be warned!

Has anyone from the corporate come and visit this location? Overwhelmed servers! Dirty place. Horrible service. Understaffed. You guy went out of business in Del Amo Mall for horrible service and stinky stablishment. You had a great start here for a short period of time and now it's back to horrible everything. I truly feel sorry for your staff who have to work here. They are great people working under disfucctional management. We are not coming back here anymore. Your staff deserve a lot more than a paycheck that you are giving them. Shame on you!!!!

Ordered delivery & BWW missed part of my order. It took 4+ calls within 3 weeks & still no refund. BWW always find a way to mess it up: bad service, cold wings, long wait, incorrect order.

Buffalo Wild Wings – 4/18/2025
Around 8:00 PM

I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location with my mother, my 2 siblings, and my two children. It took approximately 5–7 minutes for us to be seated and another 5–10 minutes before anyone even approached our table.

Eventually, an African American male who identified himself as a manager politely asked us to leave (I feel for him, you can see he was put in a very difficult situation and I even shook his hand before I left), stating that someone in the restaurant felt uncomfortable with our presence. We later found out that the individual in question was Marissa Merritt, who, based on previous reviews, seems to have a history of complaints associated with this location.

This was my first time visiting this particular location, I would usually go to the one at Del Amo Mall without any issues (it is now closed). My mother has also visited this location several times and has never had a problem until now.

When I later passed by and waved to the same manager who had spoken with us earlier, another woman (I’m not sure if she worked there, she did not have a uniform) approached me and we had a brief conversation. After that, a worker there by the name of Leila came up and called me “annoying” and a bizarre statement about me being married (I have never spoken or seen this individual in my life).

I later found out that Marissa Merritt and Leila are related, which is a clear conflict of interest and may have influenced how we were treated. This entire experience was incredibly embarrassing for me and my family. I will be reaching out to corporate to report this incident and seek further guidance on how to move forward. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.

I do want to add that after being asked to leave, we went to the Carson location, where we were treated with great customer service and had no issues at all. Every other Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to has been a positive experience—except for this one.
