This Manager is really out of it and clearly they run their restaurant so badly. The spoke to this manager to request my wings to be extra extra crispy but when I got my order it’s no where near crispy and they saying because it a delivery it got softer despite the fact that I live 2 miles away from restaurant although they didn’t tell me that it’s gonna get softer when I talk to this helpless manager on the phone to make my request!!
No wonder why BWW is going down!!!

I was excited to hear that this location opened up nearby. Unfortunately, Buffalo wild wings has become a pinnacle of good food but terrible service and terrible training. This place is a perfect example of that.

I placed an online order through the app late Tuesday evening on March 18 and when I arrive to the store at 11:15 PM it was closed. Apparently the online app, Google maps and actual store hours are not synchronized. This was a bad situation, but the staff made it much worse. They tried to shoo me away from the windows, but the problem was, I had already paid and was unsure what was happening. Finally I got one of the staff to actually talk to me and it was the manager, Marissa. She didn’t say much other than to verbally shoo me away and didn’t let me explain the situation. After I got a few words in she basically said “Call in tomorrow if you want to refund”. This didn’t sound too reassuring as she didn’t give me a phone number or name. I had to pull teeth to get her name and the store number and ask that she would leave notes for the morning staff.

I called in the next day and after being placed on hold, I got a hold of Karina, another store manager. Unfortunately, Marissa did not leave any notes behind and I had to re-explain the situation to which Karina politely said she’ll work on a solution for me. I’m in the process of getting a refund, but no consolation was offered for the huge inconvenience of the time lost other than I have to go through this headache process. Reminder all this situation was at no fault of my own but BWW treated it otherwise.

Decent spot to go with your friends and eat some spicy wings. Knockout tastes like a very hot Chipotle. Still good and servicer was nice.👍

Good service, the food was okay, and the place was definitely clean! Atmosphere for me was just a little less than I would personally choose because I'm not much of a sports fan, but the setup is good if you like to watch sports. The booth was comfortable, the restaurant was clean, it was not very busy at all and our server was dual tasking serving us and cleaning. She was very personable and really knew the menu!
The only reason I mention dual tasking is because I kept trying to get her attention to ask for refills of water and if they took tap to pay, and had to wait about 15 minutes while she cleaned the tables behind ours and swept under them. She couldn't see us very well and the music was fairly loud so I just don't think she heard us, not so much that she was ignoring us intentionally. I would just think when you give someone the bill that you wouldn't wait that long to go back and take payment if it's ready.
Anywho, my partner had a gift certificate for here, otherwise it is not a place we normally go. I was excited about wings! We got boneless wings which had a lot of crunchy batter on the outside, the meat was cooked well but still juicy, and the sauces were thick and flavorful.
Personally, the flavors of the sauces were just okay. We got Caribbean jerk, spicy garlic, and orange chicken.
We also got two burgers, the new mac and cheese burger as well as a mushroom burger to go. They had an awesome special with buy one burger get one free! The mac and cheese burger had a nice interesting mixture of flavors that We really liked! The waitress was cool and we split a burger and split our 15 wings. Overall, it was a good experience, just not anything outstanding as far as the food goes. My son really liked the mushroom burger that I brought home to him.

Honestly, service is so bad here for take out. This is the THIRD time I’ve come here for pick up and had issues with employees not addressing us or seeming unfriendly and just overall having to wait 20-40 minutes to be given my pick up order that is already paid for. Today was the same issue. Had an order placed for pickup, came at the time of pick up just to be ignored by THREE employees walking in and out multiple times and not bothering to help. They all look miserable and mean like they don’t even want to work there but whatever. One girl says “someone will be out to help you guys” then proceeds to walk 10 feet away and literally just stands there. Wtf? The other two employees made eye contact, seen us waiting and proceeded to walk past and not say a thing. Not even to ask if we needed help. Nothing. After almost 30 minutes, the manager or lead comes out finally to ask if we’re there to pick up but even she was unfriendly. Seems like they’re only attentive and “nice” when you dine in because their tip relies it but obviously not the case for take out.

I visited your restaurant recently, and my bill was $34. I gave the server $40 and was waiting for my change, but she informed me she had already taken the remainder as her tip without asking. While I’m a generous tipper, she didn’t know if I might have given more with the change returned. It’s not about the money but the principle—tips should be the customer’s decision, not assumed. I hope this feedback encourages better communication.

Ps) I don't know if I'll ever come back. I don't want to deal with the discomfort of having bartenders or waiters assuming that I'm going to tip them. Like I said, it's not about the money, it's the principal

Spent over $80, only to come home and find missing items.

It’s beyond frustrating to drive 25 minutes home, ready to have dinner with my family, only to realize my daughter’s dinner wasn’t even in the container.

And this is what we’re getting after the hourly wage increase for fast-food employees? Really? No pride, no accountability, no sense of what it means to serve or be part of the restaurant business anymore.

Meanwhile, management is stuck cleaning up after their staff, apologizing for mistakes they shouldn’t have to. It’s ridiculous.

Worst service I've experience at a restaurant. No one has acknowledged me since I have entered to simply pick up my order. I have been waiting for 9 minutes already. There are now 2 people waiting along with me.

We went for the first time too the Torrance location, it was horrible. It took forever to get a server, I was there with my husband and granddaughter. Yet people that came in after us, men in general were taken care of before us. We order appetizer and our meal. We also ordered water and tea for our beverage. We had to ask for our drinks and even then had to wait. We had to ask for our appetizer, she said oh you wanted it as a appetizer. A few moments later our food arrived, cold fries. We then had to ask for our napkins and forks etc etc. She said ok I'll get that for you. After waiting We stopped anither employee for napkins and forks, he said you will need to ask your server. Really. Terrible. I asked for the manager and was not happy with her response. I will never go there again and will share my nightmare of this experience with my friends at the Elks, Eagles. VFW. Employees s need to remember how too smile and help customers.

1PM with only 2 people on staff. Was in line for 35 mins before being seated and having waitress walk away with no words said, no beverage nothing. After another 25 mins realizing me and my party were forgotten about we simply left. Overall great place to waste an hour and a half of your time waiting and heading to another location that actually wants business.

This place is so bad , went to have a drink at 530pm on xmas eve and sat down and the bartender told me we had our last call already and i siad wait you guys close at 8pm she told me yeah but everyone wants to leave early how is that fair i drove 30 mins out to get here . Plus waiters suck here and wings are nasty never again will i waste my money in the place .

First and foremost, I don't know why people are acting like this is four or five star dining. You need to understand your ordering wings. Wings is a basic food okay? It's a basic finger food. The wings are fine here. The problem is the service and the overall management of the restaurant.

Our server meant well but because the restaurant is poorly managed it just dulled the whole experience and made the entire experience negative at no fault to her - she just couldn't keep up!

We went for the Thursday night football game and I was celebrating my 53rd birthday. However, I kind of regret the choice coming here and I don't think I'll be back for quite some time. The Wings were as expected, however, the problem with this location there's no sense of teamwork with the staff that work at this location.

I am someone who is married to a former restaurant manager of a large-scale restaurant and it was clear that no one is working together in this establishment. When I shared my experience with my wife. She confirmed that I was correct. Each server was only concerned about their tables. They were missing items from multiple orders. There were dirty dishes on tables for too long of a period. There were drinks that were empty for too long. You saw a food runner's standing around (clear a table, or refill a drink - do something when the team is slammed). The manager was kind of standing around and no one was working together.

To conclude, you need to retrain this location on operational teamwork. It's clearly lacking and it basically damaged my experience and the experience of many others on the night of my visit - 12/13/2025 - I will not be back anytime soon✌🏻

HORRIBLE service , do not come here to waist your time. First and last time visiting this location. Not only did it take forever to get my drinks taken down the server forgot to put my order in. very disappointing, this location needs new workers who actually want to work.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Waited for about 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me and my friend waiting to be seated. There was others behind us and still no one acknowledged any of us. We decided to go eat at BJs since we were craving wings. BWW needs to get new employees because they are not helping the business.

I'm currently still standing in the take out line I was standing there for over five minutes only for the lady to finally come and tell me that there Uber is not working and they don't have it and that they can put it in and I can wait for it. Why are you accepting Uber orders if it's not working ? like you can take the store off the app for the day until you figure it out... A complete waste of my time. When you come into the front door no one greets you so you stand around awkwardly till you get fed up enough to walk around and find the takeout side, all around disappointed
