I went for a refund because the hamburger was still pink even though I asked for extra well done, the cashier was nice and did the refund but they didn't add the tax. I asked for the $1 tax back and the lady manager called me cheap while she thought she was out of ear shot when he went to ask her. I just didn't want to risk food poisoning due to weak stomach and I'm a broke college student
Also, their burgers taste like air (nothing), I hear that a lot from friends too so it's not just me, it was my 2nd burger there, I believe my last one was partially raw too but I didn't have time to go back that time and thought it was a one time issue

Just went to grab some fries before class saw they only had a sad singular tray of fries laying out, not even in the hot bin, I left and came back during my break an hour later to get some fresh fries instead they hand me the same fries I saw there an hour ago. They were cold, hard, and half the size. Last year they had seasoned fries and now it’s flavorless shriveled little things

Too expensive for how mid the food and service is. Interesting how college students who already have to pay for classes and supplies have to pay so much for food that's literally reheated or frozen.

Twice I went for a pizza and they were not having pizza at the time. The Basil Turkey sandwich was amazing. The prices are affordable compared to the portions

Fries are great, fast service.
Too expensive for food that can be made at home. But at least they have a cafe. The only one on campus besides food trucks.
Food is good but their condiments are the worst no name brand I've ever tasted In my entire life.
Cool spot some of these prices for the amount of food they give you I deem outrageous so I wouldn't recommend eating here on the daily
