By the heavens, this place is exquisite! From the staff, service, and food I give 5 stars all around. Our waitress Jackie was amazing and was the nicest wait staff I have ever experienced at a restaurant, she presented our food with a grandeur never before seen in any CPK I've been to. The staff all the way down to the busboy collecting our uses dishes right out of our hands was outstanding. I would come again and I will bring along the royal court following my stride, praise be to the kitchen that makes pizza in California

Poor quality chicken breast time and time again at least for the last year so much so I called the manager today 12/6/24 to ask if she could assure me that if I ordered the chicken picatta the breasts wouldnt be all gristle and she assured me they wouldnt but when got home, both chicken breasts were full of gristle, its almost like she intentionally picked out the worst chicken breast for me.
This spot gave me everything and some.

This business has the ability to serve very tasty food, while keeping some healthy aspect to most of their dishes. plus they are always tweaking the menu a bit, adding interesting and seasonal offerings. The interior is a bit dark and could use a refresh but it's clean and comfortable. I like CPK.

I felt discriminate by the front desk person
Racist , not good place to take my kids anymore , food was good but front desk lady not good at all , front desk lady make me feel uncomfortable in front my kids not good service

It was great. Salads, lettuce cup appetizers, alcoholoc beverage and the complimentary bread and butter, key lime pie and our server was wonderful and pleasant. Also the bathrooms were clean.

It's a good place to eat. Great environment. Pizza was good. It's rolling hills area so you have upscale people.
The App on cell is ng evetytime. Staff always has to get it to work,or get my transaction through. Great staff helpful.

I placed a takeout order at your Torrance location at 4:20 PM on July 31st. When I made the phone order, I provided my name and email, which you confirmed were in your system. I was told I could pick up the order in 25 minutes, so I arrived at that time.
When I tried to use my rewards, I was asked for my phone number. After providing it, I was told that my account could not be found. I then gave my email and name, but was informed that no such account existed. This is completely confusing.
When I placed the order by phone, you had all my account details and sent a confirmation email without me providing it. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was told that my account did not exist. I cannot understand how this is possible. My CPK app no longer has my information, and my email is now listed as inactive, despite having received a confirmation email from you.
Even after showing you the confirmation email and all the email information, you still insisted that my account did not exist. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had $70 in rewards, along with birthday rewards and a 20% off reward that seem to have disappeared.
Is this how you conduct business? I am lodging a strong complaint and expect this issue to be addressed immediately.

We ordered 2 spaghetti plates and 1 chicken pizza with no onions. Waited 20 minutes for the food. When the food came out, there was only 1 spaghetti plate and the pizza had onions. We brought this to the waiters attention. She said we'd have to wait for the other plate to be made as well for pizza to be remade. We were super hungry so we told her it'll be too long of a wait and we were too hungry. We took the onions off the pizza but it still tasted like we hadn't taken them out. The pasta that did arrive was good. We arrived during happy hour, which meant personal sized pizzas were $6. We were having a hard time deciding what toppings to get so the waitress suggested we upgrade to a larger pizza and get half and half for only $2.50 more! We thought it was a great deal ($8.50 for a pizza during happy hour!) We took her up on the offer. When we got the bill, we found out we were paying $22.50 for a pizza with only 6 slices! ( don't forget they also made the pizza WRONG!) Crazy how it would have been way cheaper to each get our own personal sized pizza for only $6 EACH vs getting a large for $22.50! We were blindsided. After we payed, i spoke to the manager and brought everything up to her and let her know dissatisfied we were. She offered to adjust the bill and take 20% off plus remake the pizza at no extra charge for the next time we decide to dine in. We decided it was a good offer despite having our experience ruined. Fast forward 6 days later. The 20% adjustment never went through, so we decided to stop by to see when we would expect that refund to get returned to us. And to claim the pizza remake. They told us that the refund is not immediate and we had to keep waiting until it showed up. (I guess 5 business days was not enough time) and they refused to make the pizza because they didn't recall us going in and didn't know if we had already claimed it the same day the issue arrose. Overall, really bad experience. Would not recommend to come here. Very disappointed in how management responded to this issue and how they made us feel like we were more of a nuisance that valued customers. I hope to hear from the higher ups to see if they'll make this right.
