Thank you take out for giving me the vibe u didnt care or see me as a person.

The pickup orders are always wrong they almost never give the right food and also they take so long to deliver the food after the pickup time.

You do not really bad for a chain restaurant you know they really have their stuff together and do you provide a good meal for a fair price considering what's going on these days?

Went with a friend for a birthday lunch.Restaurant wasn't crowded and many staff were walking about but getting actual service was somewhat difficult.our server acknowledge the birthday by ordering up an ice cream Sunday which was brought by a lady who said "i have a free dessert for this table" then set it down at the edge of the table and walked away. Food was nothing spectacular, service mediocre

I placed an online order and when I came to pick it up I had the worst customer service. An employee by the name of Amy who was working the takeout line didn't greet me or acknowledge me for several minutes as she walked by me several times, and knew that I was there and needed help. Amy does not have good customer service skills, and I am truly disappointed in California pizza kitchen for having somebody with such a bad attitude working the pick up line. I will not be returning back to the CPK again. Poor poor service by Amy!

I haven't been to CPK in a long time. We used to go here to celebrate birthdays or family dinners. My boyfriend and I wanted to come since I was craving their spinach artichoke dip. Their food portions are so small now! We usually share the dip, half order of the bbq salad, and a pizza. I remember the pizza being a shareable size, but it looked like a personal sized pizza. The setting seemed to change to a more upscale setting. The staff were accommodating and friendly for how. Yay they were. Wish I would say I would come back, but the prices are not worth for the amount of food you get.

CPK is USUALLY pretty good. I always get the same thing: regular pizza with black olives, pineapple, and fennel sausage. It’s pretty good. I LOVE THEIR BREAD AND HERBED OIL!!!!! I could eat just that, tbh!!Lately, I’ve been adding mushrooms to my pizza when I’ve ordered from Dominoes, Little Caesar’s, etc., and I’ve been loving it. So I thought I’d try it here; BIG MISTAKE!!!!The mushrooms were sliced so thinly that they got **super** overcooked: they were practically vaporized! They were super shrunken, hard, chewy, and wrinkly. At the other pizza places, I’ve been receiving mushrooms that were four times as thick even after cooking, rendering them plump and having a pleasant texture.I mean, I nearly began picking the mushrooms off the pizza. I really should have sent the pizza back because it truly was subpar. But I didn’t want to wait because I was hungry. I really cannot believe the cooks let that go out, but hey whatever.I will never order mushrooms on a CPK pizza again, that’s for sure!Otherwise, everything was fine, as is usually the case.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, as in: unfortunately for people seeking a quiet atmosphere, this location did not say a single word to a person whose children were seated near us and who were being very loud. Then again, how, exactly, does one handle that with tact and grace without offending anybody? It’s kind of a no-win situation.

We were there New Year's Eve picking up a couple pizzas and we're told it would be 10-15 minutes wait, so we decided to sit and order a couple drinks. My husband ordered a tea and I ordered a drink served to go. The girl came back and gave him a cup of hot water and a packet of tea, and walked away. No spoon to stir the tea, no sugar, no nothing! Ok we get it they are busy. 25 minutes go by and the lady who seemed to be the manager checked on us to see if we've been helped we said we were "good" 35 minutes go by and I asked her if she could check on our pizzas she came right out with them. I asked her if they weren't going to be cold assuming that they've sitting for the last 20 minutes and she said "no they won't, everything is there" we didn't get a sorry for the wait or anything. We get home to unpack two cold pizzas and I mean cold. One of them had olives and bell peppers the olives were cold like then had just took them out of the fridge and sprinkled them on the pizza. The bell peppers were crispy enough to remove them from the pizza and use them on the salad. After heating up the pizzas I hand one of them to my son and he found a hair! Now I can't say for sure that the hair was theirs because I had already unboxed the pizza to put it in my oven but I have thick black hair and this was a thin reddish hair. One thing I know for sure is that I will not be coming back. They only get two stars because the cashier was very friendly the rest should learn from her.
