I used the app to order & tried picking up my order at the drive thru, but they told me to wait in front of the store & they’ll bring it out to me. Then I watched a car pull in the drive thru about 2 minutes after I parked in front and exit before someone came out to deliver my food, so I had to go inside & get my food after waiting a few more minutes. So using the app ahead of time actually slowed me down. 🤦🏻♂️

The manager takes orders at the drive thru window & cannot even say Carl's Jr or understand the words No or Steak. I asked for steak & egg burrito and said No to the combo. I received a bacon & egg burrito combo. This is the second time I received bacon & egg burrito when I ordered steak & egg. My son cannot eat pork.
