I don't usually write reviews, but after the service my family and I received here, I feel compelled to share my experience. I've visited this location many times with them all being great, but this was my first time experiencing something like this with this specific worker. While in line, I noticed the a male cashier wearing a mask who seemed to have been annoyed by an older customer who had a bit of a hard time reading the sign and speaking and proceeded to ask the customer "what?" several times because he was unable to understand in a stern voice. When it came time for my family and I to order, my sibling gave their part of their order although the cashier seemed to not understand what they wanted, while my sibling had been clear with their order. After not being specific, the cashier continued to simply ask "which one?" which from my professional experience, could've been asked in a more clear manner to help the customer understand what they were asking of them. After several times, I noticed the cashier was visibly upset, speaking to himself while shaking his head and taking the order down from which he seemed to be upset at that point or just having a bad day in general with how he seemed to be treating all of the customers. After taking all of the orders, the cashier had removed his mask and went on to converse and laugh around with his coworkers which made it seem like the only people he acted that way was towards customers. If you find yourself in a job where you feel unhappy and unwilling to be there, I hope you reconsider your career choices, especially when working for a franchise that prioritizes community values

Delicious cheese steak sandwich! I tried the new pepper corn cheese steak. Very tasty! This location is at the food court in Del Amo mall. Also had the gourmet fries (see pic) bacon and cheese spice on top of fries. Soooooo good!

Never ate here before but i got a free large drink!!! It’s because we gave them free food from shake shack!!! ??? i love this! Appreciate their support and etc… we love giving out and helping other restaurants! :)

They do not make good Philly cheese steaks They do try. I am from Philly. If you want a sandwich close to the taste of a Philly cheese steak. Try Boo's on Wilshire Bl in Los Angeles.
Fast service, sandwhich was fantastic, the bread was soft, all ingredients tasted fresh, the lemonade was delicious. Making this my favorite place to get a Philly Cheesesteak.

The good sandwiches are enough to fill you up. I had The teriyaki chicken Philly with a side of bacon cheddar cheese fries and a coke. Enjoy this one day if you can.

Decent size roll of bread with more meat than the other cheesesteak restaurants we'd eaten at. Not burned too, a plus for me since the last place we eat at was. The blueberry lemonade & the gourmet fries was also delicious. ?? The cashier was very informative & helpful & the guy making the cheesesteak was nice to give me extra pickles. Little things like that make such a big deal other than the food they sell. Keep it up!! ?
