I ordered a Cobb salad to be delivered to my job when I got my order bag was sealed and when opened I found my Charred tomato bag opened and there was a ladybug in my salad . This was at the chikfil A in Torrance. Del amo. Right across from the mall.

It was a nice location. Right next to a Japanese grocery store. I love the motion censor trash can so I don't have to touch it to open it. Food was good and hot and every request was met. Thank You!

I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese and both were so incredibly burnt, I took it to go so I only realized jsut how bad they were when I got home so I went all the way back and they did remake it, but only for the nuggets to be just as burnt the second time. I have no idea who is in nugget duty at this location but they suck

I ordered nuggets from here and they came extremely dry and non-edible. The manger tried to gaslight me saying this is how they always come. I ordered that same order from half a dozen chick filet over years and I am 100% sure this isn’t how it is cooked.

Recently went, and while it’s usually pleasant, this last time was awful. Usually the lead/manager who runs the bingo seems to have everything handled, but it was complete chaos. They were giving the wrong orders to the wrong people and then they delivered everything except my drink. I stood around trying to get some help but i was ignored and given annoyed looks for like 20 minutes. Definitely going to the other chick fil a on Hawthorne.
