Stopped here on the way to the Chargers game for some pregame food. The drive thru line moved very quickly and all the workers were very polite and friendly. We ordered Spicy chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. Both were perfectly prepared and really delicious. This location is definitely a five star experience with both the delicious food and great service.

Ordered a pickup order at 5:40 tonight. Didn’t receive it until 6:17. I arrived at the place at 6:00 and asked the workers about 3 times for my order which was sitting on the counter. They replied “we will be with you.” There was no other customers in there except for a fellow pick up order. This lady ordered some plushies and 3 workers were more focused on getting her order instead of passing me my food on the counter. This included what seemed to be a manager in a black coat with a short bowl cut (black hair), hispanic guy . Finally, my husband asked for the fourth time and they still took their time passing us our order which was right on the counter in front of them. Then I also had to remind them about my drinks and they guy responded “I know.”

Signature member here, long-standing customer since Chik-Fil-A was in Del Amo Mall and South Bay Galleria. Due to this location being new, it is less busy. The location is off the Western exit of the 405 and the 110 exchange. The food is great, no surprise. No one was in the restaurant when I arrived, so I could only comment on the aesthetics: clean, cute, and modern. There's 2 unisex restrooms and no playplace. It suits well as a commuter's spot and the Skyzone visitors across the street. Keep in mind, this is a new restaurant row with neighbors Panera Bread under construction, Shake Shack and an electric vehicle charging station. Parking is plentiful.
