Absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere!
Manager short lady with glasses is a total unprofessional person, rude , she thinks she owns the branch, I noticed how she treat so bad employees as well, Im not sure how she became to be a manager indeed need more training on customer service

Food is great as always, I just really needed to commend the staff. I don't usually go to Chik Fil As, but whenever I do the staff are always so friendly. Conner especially shined and was super nice and animated despite our short interaction. He may not remember my husband or I, but he definitely made our night better with 5/5 service!

FYI. IF ALL THE NUMBERED SLOTS ARE FILLED FOR CURB SIDE SERVICE, DO NOT MARK NO NUMBER AVAILABLE AND WAIT. The message will tell you to park and put on your hazards for the crew to identify you. YOU WILL NOT BE PUT IN THE CUE AND YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR NOTHING. THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING. THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN THE CUE IS TO REGISTER ONE OF THE NUMBERS. The only one to apologize for the experience was an employee, not the supervisor. She said that she will report it, but I am putting it out in the universe so everyone will be aware.

They rush too much, so they have given us lukewarm fries several times. They are too expensive for that nonsense. That’s the case at most chains, including CFA, but at these prices, it feels criminal.
Sorry to say this, but sometimes, it looks like a circus in there. I mean how many people can you have running around in that tiny space and still the bathroom is gross?
One-quarter of the employees don’t look like they know what’s going on at all. Maybe they need to pay more to keep staff?
We do continue to patronize this location, but I think that’s only because there’s not another one very close that has a drive-through.
