I just got back from my 2nd trip to this Chikfila since they were missing food from my order. I go back and complained and told they had me pull up for 5 mins because the nuggets that I order were not ready. They bring my order and I leave…. I get home and I’m missing a meal of nuggets…. I had to go back and get the food that was missing. I expressed to the drive thru how pissed I was… that I have to come back and waste time and gas to get my food that was missing. I almost spent $70 for four meals just to come waste more time and gas. She apologized and said I’ll throw in some fries for you. I told her ok… they gave me the bag AND GUESS WHAT ? THE FRIES ARE MISSING !!!! I wanted to get off and complain but man you can’t fix stupid… I already express myself…. Went in one ear and out the other.
Chikfila I don’t know what type of employees you got working here but you are not getting another dime from me. HORRIBLE SERVICE….. definitely letting HQ know

I hate pickles and I came here twice each time I asked for no pickles the gave me them anyway on my chicken sandwich and the pickle taste stays on the sandwich

Came through this drive thru saturday had bad experience with the girl in the window i believe her name was sunshine . she was being really rude had an attitude. i understand if she don’t want to work but i believe that her attitude shouldn’t be reflected on me . Never coming back here .

New but slow. No urgency or courtesy to ask if one is there for pick up. Better off just driving a couple more miles to Vermont and Carson (better).
Not so fond about this location, you would think because its newly opened food would be great. My meal was cold, my waffle fries were all broken (crumbs), and i ordered a large drink and they still gave me a regular drink. Customer service not so great.
I haven’t dined in at a chick fil a restaurant in very long and the ladies that were working very friendly and welcoming. While I and my mom were dining they even came over during our meal to see if we needed any refills or anything at all. It’s hard to find good customer service now a days but this location is amazing so far! Breanna and Brisa were the two ladies but I didn’t catch the others.

Verrry verrry personable and friendly! Chick-fil-A, the woman working at 1pm on 10/24 that handed me my food was amazing!! She gets gold stars!
