Food was great. But the service is very important when a customer is spending their hard earned money's. Service was so awful the lady Antonia behind the register said and I am quoting "you people have weird names" referring to African American black people. Ambience was off But that cash register attendant was racist and rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable.

The food here is great!!! Every thing I have tried has been good. The atmosphere is lovely as the restaurant is clean and well lit. The customer service I received from Anthony is excellent!! I definitely recommend this place!

Love their food but hate their customer service especially the older lady at register I think her name is Antonia. She never ever has a smile, always a bad attitude and you can tell she hates her job. I try not to let her ugly attitude bother me because their food is so delicious, but hate walking into the restaurant and see her at the register. Owners need to train her in customer service or at least how to fake a smile, other than that, love the food.

I ordered online, so the service was on time when I went to pick up my food. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy today around 11:20 am. The store looked clean and the staff was friendly. What I ordered: Gygo plate - 10/10. It comes with rice, salad, hummus, and pita bread. I don't think you can change the sides. Spicy lemon garlic whole chicken - 8/10. I should have paid extra for all dark meat because the white meat was so DRY. The sauce is my favorite. Sides: Orginal hummus - 10/10, so good. Spicy hummus - 8/10, a bit sour. Pita bread - 10/10, so soft! Side salad - 7/10, nothing special Regular potato salad - 1/10. I was SO DISAPPOINTED! I even a large side of this order. It was so so SOUR, too sour! I love lemon flavor, but this was overwhelming sour. Is this how it's supposed to taste??? Is the spicy garlic potato Salas sour as well? It went straight to the trash. I feel so bad. Garlic sauce 10/10. I paid extra for these and it's the best thing ever! Falafel- 5/10. I've had better elsewhere. The flavor was lacking and it seemed salty.

I came in to pick up an online order and quickly realized it was for another location without question, Anthony, said they could make the order within 10 minutes and he would reach out to the other location for me. Amazing service, most places would send you on your way but Anthony really came through. Great food also.
Came in and ordered a salmon alfredo through a phone order, there was some miscommunication and received a chicken Alfredo, I called and addressed the issue and spoke with the manager Anthony. Anthony went above and beyond to correct the order, this is what customer service is about! You find find good management just anywhere these days. Thank you chicken maison team .
Taste like homemade food. Chicken was moist, vegetables were just right, not crunchy nor mushing. The same goes for the rice. Food was lightly seasoned. Health options for a restaurant/ fast food place. The price of each meal is around $16 -$21.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly

I use to love chicken Maison but it seems like they are now price gouging like everyone else. Sad to see since the food is decent. But 19$ for a salad with a bone in it that almost chopped my tooth.
