Tonight was unforgettable. My husband and I have been needing a date night. Kimber was our waitress, bar tender and overall amazing addition to this night. She brought our drinks, attentive to our special request. The food was delicious! And when we were ready to call it quits and ask for a to-go-box she was a step ahead.
She then surprises us with an unforgettable Makers Mark Bourban chocolate lava desert. TOTAL, GAME, CHANGER! THANK YOU KIMBER,

I haven't been to a Chili's in awhile. I was in the area to go to the movies and wanted to eat here. It was a Saturday night and it was a little busy. I checked in and the hostess said it would be 10-15 minutes. My friend and I used the time to look at the menu. We were seated in about 10 minutes. Our server was busy carrying food to another table but she said hello and would be with us soon. After she took our drink order and came back quickly with the drinks. We asked to order and she cheerfully assisted. We both tried the current promotion of Pick 3. It's a pretty good deal, not a ton of choices but enough variety to cover most people's choices. I got a salad, the smash burger with a soda. My friend got chips & dip, chicken tenders and a drink. The food was ready pretty quickly. Our server checked in enough to refill drinks and make sure everything was ok. She was a good server. We were able to eat at a sit down restaurant quick and for a similar price as fast food these days. The promo is a decent deal.

I have been a local since 2023-i am homeless living at the Torrance Homeless shelter, where they feed us baby portions leftovers, and food sucks! So much the shelter THROWS AWAY UP TO 35 EXPENSIVE PLASTIC CONTAINERS OF FOOD, BECAUSE LEFTOVER FOOD REMODIFIED IS UN- EDIBLE! PLUS EGGS ARE FAKE AND BEANS RAW AND HARD! Un HEALTHY ! SO MY FRIENDS READING THIS- When I got my temporary disability check- I came here to my local Chili's to eat a real dinner! First- Everyone from the seaters to the servers to the managements, Maria and Bo and the wonderful Latin manager- including the wonderful bartender girl who takes care of her elderly parents -know me by face- that's important! Only knowing each others faces, all hug me and give me love asking how I am and briefly sharing how they and family ARE- THAT'S SO IMPORTANT TO ME- and it should be important to you! A lesson learned- We need not hang out together to be caring and loving Friends!!! After being released from hospital- I came here at 9: 40pm, and STAFF ASKED " Are you ok, we missed you!" Can you receive this kind of love anywhere else?! Now- to the food. I always order the same 2 modified meals, which All servers know!- and where can You receive that?!: 3 for me #1 6 oz classic sirloin- raw Loaded mash potatoes No broccoli- french fries Happy hour house wine Plus I get to have a soda of my choice to go- even though I drank wine! Plus I suggest to everyone you sign up on the Chili's App- everyone who does each time you eat- YOU GET FREE CHIPS AND SALSA WITH YOUR MEAL

Nachos are terrible, enchilada soup is worst. Ribs are below mid. Pizza wasn't edible. Flavorless food. Worst Chili's I have ever been too. I did return the Nachos and Soup. I paid for the rest. Waiter was great.

The one thing that bothered me was the amount of food served. A full order of chips and salsa per person. I've gotten to the point of wondering why so much? Could feed those who are hungry. Too much food.
