In celebration of the eclipse figured I'd drop in for a mid day lunch on a Wednesday.Ordered up online for pickup, cause that is my favorite way to grab food; pull up type in the app and voila the food arrives.BUT not this time, staff's device could not read the gift card so I had to get out and go to the back of the restaurant only to get to another machine that could read the barcode/giftcard (boo I like to sit in my car, if I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have ordered online). I suppose not the staff's fault but maybe process's in place at the restaurant need some work (he sure did hold onto the bag of food the whole time, wonder if they have people running away with bags of food they ordered online using an account they setup a lot and not paying; I swear were not crooks; it's food not gold)Gave the south western egg roll app's a try; those could use a different dipping sauce or reconfigure of the ingredients inside; moist enough in profile but the oil used to cook seemed to be resident inside a bit; maybe cheese could fix it; it does fix a lot of stuff.Picked the salad, fair warning warning it's a cup - o -salad about the size of an ice cream scoop.NOGO is the Fries; stay far away from the togo fries, they were soggy and a little cold (maybe having to do with the non readability of their checkout device and trip inside taking too much time), they could use a sprinkling of flavor btw.The hero was the burger and the brioche bun, nice combo and the meat quality was on point; not greasy; just simply worked well together.

My friends and I are in our Chili's era lol and this is our favorite location. Most of the servers are great and the managers are even better. We had one small misunderstanding and the manager (can't remember his name *face palm*) went above and beyond to help us! I was very appreciative.

Had to drive far to this location cause the other two chili's close to me are trash. Top shelf margaritas were only $13 and the food was good. Our waitress Cassandra was very attentive even though it was busy and the drinks from the bartenders were strong and delicious. Will go back to watch a game and drink.
It's Chili's so expectations aren't high but this location just has had bad service

They removed original chicken crispers from the menu. Also, they removed all the prices for alcoholic drinks from the menu and won’t tell you the prices unless you ask them one by one. Finally, the server was pretty bad overall (whenever he talked to my wife he called her mom?!?!), and specifically he didn’t bring us the chips and salsa we ordered.

Ordered a 32-piece wing tray for the Superbowl, and requested them to be crispy (well done). They turned out fantastic. Great flavor (buffalo & garlic-parm), and cooked perfectly. Thanks Chili's!!

KIMBER was our server. I think she was the Bartender also, It was almost closing time, but she served us with a smile and great attitude. And was very attentive to detail. The drinks were so good! I had the $6 monthly special, and it was delish!And whoever was in the kitchen that night made the best steak I've had in a long time. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I will definitely go back to this location!
