Sat in the bar waited over 20 minutes only to be served ice cold boneless wings and fries which I promptly returned. Spoke with the manager who seemed quite unbothered about my concerns. Unfortunately Bad service this evening , not even busy ... our waitress has been socializing in the bar area and she forgets our drink order it's sad ,poo hostess has been picking up the slack :( .... Oh well..:(

My wife and waited for our food for over an hour, we ordered the Fajita trio by the time we received our food the the beef was burnt, the Margaritas were watered-down. We dined at this particular Chili's twice prior before coming today, very horrible service we won't patronage this establishment again.

There are obvious reasons why this Chili's has such a low rating. The worst part is that management apparently doesn't care one whit. On my first visit here a few weeks ago, my food seemed hastily prepared (e.g., a massive load of very stale French fries, "pink" doneness taken to the extreme), but that's not the worst of it... While awaiting my TO GO order (which process was ably assisted by the pleasant staff, whom I tipped accordingly), I used the restroom. It was both a mess and neither soap dispenser had soap. One of the faucets didn't work... obviously the guest bathroom is not a priority at this location. But nevertheless a large, clear sign read: "If the restroom needs attention, please tell us." So I told a staff member that the restroom apparently needed a plumber to fix one of the faucets. I didn't add that the trash was overflowing (that's just basic/obvious stuff that anyone would/should notice). While I sat awaiting my order the staff member I spoke with entered the restroom with a manager, who on the way, dismissed my report (before entering the room) as "not serious." Hey, Mr. manager: when does it become serious to you--if you routinely ignore your customers?? Today I visited again. Same disaster restroom. Same sloppy food... ugh. A huge bag of "free" chips with a microwave HEATING INSTRUCTIONS label... News flash: I don't buy restaurant food so I can prepare it myself! The very cold "salsa" tasted like cheap tomato soup. Inedible. Most of the shrimp in the dish was edible. One wasn't. A large clump of grated cheese filled about 1/5 of the container; I paid extra for Extra avocado. Okay... it arrived with a fair portion of avocado, but a couple of the wedges were unripe/inedible. I have no plans whatsoever to return. Buyers beware. There are many better options for southwestern fare in Torrance. The Chili's I recall from decades ago in Kansas City was excellent. This one is very disappointing. 1.5 stars rounds up to 2! This is my lowest-ever rating of a food place. If the manager hadn't dismissed my restroom report, it could've been 2.5.

I went to have a bite to eat and all I ordered was an appetizer and a soup And I waited over 45 minutes to receive it. I got there at 4pm and I wasn't busy at all They were only seating the left side. Lady came in after me with her kids and mother, She ordered a lot more food than I did and she got her food before I did. I just feel that it's very unacceptable for an appetizer and a soup to take over 45 minutes. The waitress I didn't have an issue with (didn't get her name) when I called to talk to the manager Claiming her name was karma and hung up on me I wasn't even finished talking. The reason why I left to call was because I'm pregnant and needed out of the place was already getting upset.

I never give bad reviews but I had to say something after this experience. Worst customer service by their manager Karma Barnes. Gift card was not honored and ended up paying for under cooked burger and beef jerky chicharonnes baby back ribs. Not to mention poorly maintained dining area with food and trash all over on the floor no exaggeration. Never going back.

This restaurant really needs to either properly train their employees or hire more competent workers... waited 15 minutes in the to go area for our order- NO ONE SHOWED... went inside to get the order-NO ONE AT THE TO GO COUNTER... when someone finally showed up, he has no idea I had checked in for my order.. food was sitting on the rack for who knows how long... asked for a manager, the hostess looked at me like I was speaking another damn language... oh, and the phone for the to-go area was left off the hook... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Just close down already

I don't know why I have gone this many years without eating here. Where to begin ... The chips and salsa are fresh, light, and tasty. The baby back ribs were fantastic. We especially liked the dry rub. The fries were also worth mentioning. They literally tasted like you were eating a perfectly baked potato that was sliced up into fries. The outsides were just the right crispness, and the inside just the right softness. The Cajun Pasta is poorly named. It is really an alfredo penne with chicken or shrimp, and a sprinkling of (cajun?) spices on the top. That being said, it was still delicious. The alfredo sauce was creamy tasting, rather than the flour thickened sauce so many places serve. We decided that Chili's is definitely added to our family's rotation for eating out.
Boy oh boy, love them South West egg rolls, they keep me hooked on these bad boys. Burgers are off the hook too!

Had a bit of a wait when we first arrived because there was only one cook at the time. I always order the triple dipper and a presidents margarita. The larger margarita was one of their $6 watermelons margaritas that they have a special of on Mondays. when I come to this establishment because it seems to be the main items that never disappoints. I ordered southwestern egg rolls, wings and big mouth bites. Food took a while to come, but it was tasty nonetheless.

Ordered food for pick-up since we don't want to deal with the crowd for Father's Day. Didn't realize that the food would be so mediocre and ruin my husband's day. We ordered the Old Timer Cheeseburger for my husband and Shrimp Cajun Pasta. Not only that they gave me the wrong pasta, my husband's burger is nowhere from the photo on their website. No lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. It was just the bun, burger patty and cheese. They also forgot to give us the drinks that came with the order. We called and they said they will replace everything. We asked how long before the food is ready, they said 15mins. They had my husband wait for almost an hour for a mistake that shouldn't even happen in the first place. I called again and the lady I spoke with hung up on me. I called again and asked why she hung up on me. She said I was the one who hung on up her. I'm still on the phone, still on hold for the past 15mins when she said to just give her 5 seconds so she can check up on our order. ascarlo

The only reason why I'm posting a star is because it's the only way it will let me post a review !!!! The Manager for the night shift on 6/17/2022 really needs to get his performance evaluated. The service team that he is suppose to lead is the worst customer experience I have ever received. I seriously felt discrimination from all the staff. The host kept rubbing her hair and than grading the menus and forks and setting them on table with out washing her hands ! . My party and I got up and left and the manager didn't think of going out and trying to make things better instead he sent our waitress to see us. Workers comp needs to pay them a visit our waitress was telling my party and I that they were so under staffed and had a cook in the kitchen working with a broken arm. Seriously worst place to try to eat
