The servers were less than tolerant of a first time Chipotle customer at 1.44pm…. The dude just walked away and shrugged his shoulders when I asked for half amount of beans and rice. The other server a girl picked up. We got there in the end I guess.
Flavour was ok .. the soda way over priced.

I was visiting area, at first didn't realize it's in food court. Fast friendly service. Fresh food. Filling portion. Can tailor what you want in bowl which is what I got.

Got the kids meal build your own tacos. Great price for the portion. Got the sofritas (plant based protein) as my protein and i wasn't charged extra. You get to choose between hard shell or soft tortillas, 1 protein, 2 sides, chips or fruit, and beverage of choice.

We’re visiting out here and decided to place an order for pick up. I’m very disappointed in the amount of steak these people put in my bowl. Couldn't even find the meat and the meat I did eat had so much fat attached to it. Then they charge you $5 for extra which luckily I didn’t because I could only imagine how much extra they would’ve given me. My husband got tacos and his tacos barely even had meat as well. Wasn’t really worth the price. I’m sure if I went in person it would’ve been a different experience but it shouldn’t be like that just because I’m not watching you make my bowl.

the service was actually pretty good and i have no complaints about it but i am really concerned about the freshness of their ingredients and how long they keep it on the shelf because i got a burrito bowl with black beans chicken white rice, guacamole, and sour cream and i got the most horrible violent food poisoning some hours later. i know that the bowl i got was the only thing giving me issues because the only thing i had eaten before then was fresh food from my home. if anyone who sees this has had the same issue let me know

Saturday November/23 8:45 pm I don’t understand why if the restaurant opens until 9:00 pm, the workers at 8 and 45 no longer serve the public, it was really annoying considering that what I tried to buy were some chips with guacamole.

I ordered half chicken and half carnitas, but I was charged for steak instead. And i asked them about this what i was told “its $0.20 different." Also, at the first time I asked for smoked brisket, I was told it was sold out, yet my friend was able to get it with their online order. Additionally, cheese and guacamole were out of stock, but my friend also received both with his online order. This happened on 11/18/2024 at 8:00 PM.

Most ridiculous Chipotle I have been to. Service is terrible. We took 2 burrito bowls. Service was terrible and rude. Service size is super super small. Literally they were counting each piece of bell pepper in the fajitas while adding it to the bowl. I had to ask them for extra everything and still it wasn't enough food that we get at other Chipotle stores. After all of this we asked to not put our salsa in the bowl but give it on the side and they charged us extra for that. When I asked about the charge the guys were rude and said if you don't want to pay don't take it. They even refused to give us extra tissues. I would rather walk to the Chipotle store down the street where the service is way better than this one in the mall. Total rip off and worst service ever. DO NOT GO here ever. Chipotle management should really take this store out or change all the kids running the store. Ridiculous service, terrible serving size, entitled attitude and rude employees.

Try another place. A/C is on full blast. It's freezing there. They scoop however they feel like and if you're not lucky or you don't ask for more, you will get like 2/3 of what it used to.
