the order was supposed to be ready at 1:40pm. In the application it was marked as ready, I arrived, but picked it up only at 2:10pm.The employees was unfriendly, did not know where the order was, what was going on with it, and did not interact with me in any way. Worst chipotle I have been ever visited.

It was lunch time and I needed something quick. Chipotle has been good at every location I’ve been to.I ordered a regular bowl with half chicken and half beef, with small salsa, little corn, little sour cream, little cheese and guac. It was delicious and a good meal for your protein fix.I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.

It's very sad to see what's happening to chipotle especially this location in particular. 10 years, I have ordered my burrito exactly the same way with a extra pinch of cilantro. At this branch, and this branch only they now refuse to give out an extra pinch of cilantro, which is probably the cheapest ingredient on the menu. They site safety which scares me. What? they don't even wash their ingredients? I wonder what they will put in when it is gone because with Customer Service like this, I'm sure they won't be around long.

My favorite I don't remember how many times I've been here, to many. Only one time we had a issue but the majority of the time this place is very busy and crowded and clean. Also the queso I was over charged $4.50 for the tiny one at the El Segundo location which is horrendous. But we here to speak on my experience in the Torrance location was great. My food was to good and the burritos where enormous not crazy enormous like those crazy kids do on TikTok but normal size like u finish this burrito u need to go on a diet lol bc it's way to big. Salsa and guacamole delicious and the chips were tasty not old or stale like some other places.

This Chipotle is always so clean and very welcoming to both the eye, palate, and connection. This is our favorite chipotle. Their ingredients are so fresh and chicken is always cooked to perfection. We're always greeted and have always felt that their service and food quality is what brings us back because chipotle is NOT cheap, so when we crave chipotle we come HERE! Mary is amazing, she is so bright and kind and is always so good about keeping the sitting area clean! All the employees are very attentive to keeping the salsa area and hot food area clean and pleasing to the eye! Chipotle Torrance and Crenshaw, we love YOU! P.S Mary you are wonderful!!
