I'm giving this place 1star by default, this is the worst Chuck E Cheese I've been to in my life. They had a line for food orders with several people waiting for over an hour for a small pizza. I order 20 wings and asked for a refund after waiting an hour and half. Terrible service, I would not recommend.

Workers walking around talking on the phone with significant other i also waiting an hour for my food just to have wait an extra 45 minutes for me to not get the wings I order so I had to go get a refund terrible service would not recommend

This location is the closest location to me , and as a mom of autistic child I have a very bad experience is the first time the I fell my daughter be discriminated for her condition the employees donāt have the right training, they ask me in a very bad way to take my daughter out of the trampoline I explain her my daughter is special and she never show me no empathy at all , this make me fell very sad for my daughter she was waiting for a month to visit the location , she have therapy every day , after this I ended to just take my daughter out of the location . Is the Chucky cheese on Redondo Blvd , in Torrance .

Zero stars!!! Went on 11/17/25 and the place reeked of a urine smell. They said they washed the carpets and thats why it smelled, but it smelled like 1000 children peed everywhere. The majority of the machines weren't working and I wrote them down: Eiffel tower, the lane master, the jockey machine, alleyroller, hammer froggie, NBA hoop troop, adult basketball game, 2 minute drill, cheeky monkey football, duo drive motorcycle option, photo booth, and the fun house photo booth
The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional and was bickering with an attendant in front of me. The worst experience I have ever had at a chuck e cheese. They need to shut this place down.

Understaffed and unprofessional. Waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Ran out of salad bar . Took over a hour for food . Felt bad when they were on the verge of going out of business but now I donāt . If they canāt hire more staff than they need to be shut down
It was kind of expensive and they no longer have the option to purchase a few tokens. It starts at $26.00 and up!ā¹ļøTherefore we didnāt stay!

They really need more hands. Just two staffs over the counter, then there's a huge line with people trying to purchase food & cards. One cashier still has to leave the counter,to stamp incoming customers in thereby leaving a more growing line. This is crazy. Please we need more help over the weekend. I feel the staffs are over worked & needs more hands to help reduce the line other than keeping two lines on hold to go stamp in the incoming guest. Please fix this. Thank you.

This place might actually be two stars and not one, but the service is terrible. The people working the counter canāt tell the difference between the name, Evan and the word even which especially pissed me off because we paid upwards of $200 and nobody could bring our pizzas to the table damn near all the drink. Options were empty from the soda fountain just overall a bad experience
