Chuck E. Cheese is very fun. My son loves this location because of the trampoline and play area. He loves the games too. I gave a low rating because every time we go here… we get really sick! It’s not the food because we rarely order anything. I think it’s because they are understaffed. I don’t think they do a good job sanitizing or disinfecting the place. We have gone to other indoor gyms without getting sick. They need more staffing and cleaning protocols in place. It smells dirty and based on our experience… you will get sick from all the germs. They should have more people cleaning in between use.

We had the worst experience. First no one came to stamp our hands. Then there was only 1 cashier with huge line. The gentleman that helped us was very sweet and helpful. I did tell him that someone needs to talk to his Manager as this is very unfair to him as well as the customers. We ordered fries & pizza. The pizza was great but we returned fries as they were totally undercooked. See pic attached. Just terrible! Not to mention how very little they give you for the price you pay. Everything is over priced. Then... the games... there were 5 games not working. I took pics of each one. I'm not one to write bad reviews but after spending close to $100 for 2 adults and 1 child I just feel this is unacceptable. The manager really needs be accountable.

Horrible experience food was not good spent over 100+ plus nobody respects your table and throws away your food and smells bad. These people took our table n threw away my drinks and wings. That's ver disrespectful, im pretty sure if it was the other way around they would of scream. Please be kind people 😡😡😡
