let me tell you this cinnabon was absolutely amazing I loved it so much. I went recently today and this girl with purple hair was so sweet and gave me the best costumer service ever . The Cinnabons were made it's passion !

Two employees do not wear masks. The cashier doesn't wear her mask properly its below her nose and the person making the food didn't wear her mask at all and she's visible to customers.

I got myself a classic Cinnabon which cost me $6.34. It was pretty tasty so try one out if you feel like treating yourself out to a decadent treat. One big flaw of this place is that it's one of those extremely rare establishments that doesn't give you a free cup of water; you need to buy it by the bottle.

What the heck is wrong with this location? The frosting is different it's more like sugar an butter. And where is the gooey center? Dry as hell taste like market bought!!!!! This location needs to be checked on does not meet franchise standards for sure , cutting corners

well, I "Don't" recommend asking for extra chocolate drizzle in my chillata.... I was just told they're "Not Allowed" to put extra drizzle in it!!

I love me my sweets. Cinnabon is overall great. Nothing is wrong with the Cinnabons just... I struggle with the customer service. The people behind the register seem so unhappy and not wanting to be there. They can be kind of rude and make me feel a little uncomfortable. Rather than that I am okay with everything else.

Consistently excellent cinnamon buns! This is my favorite location. The guy who always helps me is very nice and calm. If I ask him to put a little extra icing because it looks dry there's never an issue. The cinnamon buns are always warm and not overcooked. I am very happy with the service I receive and the quality of the food. Keep up the good work!

Bought 4 Cinnabon Rolls from Del Amo Mall, they are over $5./piece with or without icing the cost is fine because they are in the mall. But the dough is like cardboard. Don't waste your money. I have tasted 200% better cinnamon rolls in the area.

Now at 30, Cinnabon is one of those places I visit for the bad but good snack, and for nostalgia of my formative years. Yes, we used to stuff down a Cinnabon and go stomp some Dance Dance Revolution with the a-z-n homies, or maybe play a little bit of the Tokyo drift (this is for another post). Not much has changed with Cinnabon, except now it provides more options and even some unique drinks. I went with the high calorie classic and enjoyed every bite. But is it just me or do they add less frosting now? Still the same old chewy classic but the heat lamps probably need to be maintained to get that perfect temperature. Not sure why the employee put the fork in the box and caused me to waste extra utensils. Could have included some napkins too. Pretty solid spot for your dirty nostalgia snack, just make sure to ask for napkins and utensils (if they didn't already put it in the box for you)
YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - PART 2: 69/100 It's been decades since I've had anything from here and that's only because I'm not really a fan of sweets. But my party of 5 decided to snack on some of their products. I was gonna pass, but they got me one anyway. I was initially deterred at first sight - it just looks way too sweet for my taste. But since it's been awhile, I was due for a try. Surprisingly, I liked it! It isn't as sweet as I anticipated! It's a pretty popular spot. Although there were only a couple of tables available, most people took their food to go. And the line didn't end. Liked the experience, but not that big of a fan. I wouldn't knock it out completely, though. I may just have a taste for it on some bizarre Twilight Zone-ish moment...

Cinnabon's by themselves earn the 5 stars. Been here twice and service is unfriendly but staff does their job. I think they're miserable because they can't eat this yummy decadence.

I like this place. Very filling. Just don't eat the salty pieces without dipping. It tastes SALTY!!! They charge $1 for the dipping. They are very nice and you can get water for free if you get thirsty. I appreciate that.
