They gave me the wrong price for a cake I ordered in advance. They Never left a message and Jen I picked it up, they charged me more for the cake even though it was their fault they gave me the incorrect price. Poor customer service. Just tried to cover their mistake without saying sorry. Also the Mario toy is extra which wasn't even explained on their website or on the phone. Bunch of BS

This place is soo good. Although handels is good the customer service and creative creations here blow every other ice-cream place in the area out the water. Definitely recommend this place !

Unfortunately this Cold Stone has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman double charged me, when I tried to tactfully work through it with her she raised her voice. Furthermore, she restocked the toppings in the middle of our visit. There is one down the road, I recommend going there instead.

We came on Saturday night and had an OK experience. The storefront was a little messy, but the service was on point and we got what we ordered in a timely manner. However, I'd expect more of a premium experience considering you do pay a premium price at Cold Stone. Truth be told, still taste great and hit the spot.

Terrible experience. My ice cream was already partially melted when they were mixing it. In addition, I got a fudge topping and they barely put anything into the mix, I asked for just a bit more to make it a passable serving. They obliged and they charged me for 2 toppings!

Writing this as I walk out because I'm so pissed about customer service. 2 boys working, one seems to be training as he was asking the other how to make a shake. The other was SO FRICKEN RUDE. He basically dropped the change so carelessly that all of the coins rolled off of my hang and onto the counter. I would understand if it's a CoVID issue, but even when taking orders he was literally so sloppy... my sisters ice cream was 1/2 the cup and melted. NEVER AGAIN.

By far the worse Cold Stone I’ve ever been to. I ordered online (for National Ice Cream Day) and thought my order would be ready at the promised time. To my surprise, I was told to wait in line. Needless to say, my order wasn’t ready after waiting in line for over 30 min. It was only 2 people working and both seemed very overwhelmed.

Make a order online, to pickup at 3:45pm, arrived at 4:00pm to give some time, the order not only not ready need to make the line, asked to the rude person in charge for some cones, refused, because not included in the in the order, no matter going to pay for the cones, last visit to this awful place,.
