Copa Vida - Torrance

We ordered an iced vanilla latte, a jasmine pearl hot tea, and 2 breakfast burritos. The drinks were delicious. The burritos had a lot of cheese and were almost inedible, but this 5 star review is for the customer service we received from the gentlemen who took my complaint as constructive criticism and was super kind and helpful.

Food is usually good but once the patty was still wrapped in paper and the other time the water tasted like detergent.

For the former, they were very apologetic and got me another burger as a refund which was great. But after the latter, it’s clear that they need more love in the kitchen ?

Outstanding coffee and really good breakfast sandwiches. Great staff. My wife accidentally knocked over her coffee and they offered to remake and helped us clean up the mess. Hard to find - drive into the parking lot, it’s in a giant office building.

Coffee is excellent, so good I got another flat white to go. Much more on par with European coffee standards than any Starbucks offerings. Lovely staff and the chorizo breakfast burrito was delicious.

First time here. Was recommended the flat white and more than happy I went with it. Solid, deep, and smooth. The order took surprisingly long due to a machine quirk so they offered me a free drink token for my next visit. They went above and beyond. Just make sure you get in before their 3PM closing time.
