Thank you to the sweet gentleman who was at the door checking receipts on 6/13 around 1pm. I was there with my 2 1/2 year old, rushing around trying to get snacks and supplies for our company meeting at 2pm. Of course with a toddler my day got delayed and we got a later start making us have to rush through the store, dodging and darting other shoppers as best we could. I was frustrated having to rush although it was completely my fault. After we checked out the sweetest man at the door let my daughter hand him the receipt and took the time to acknowledge her and draw her the cutest drawing on the back of herself! It's almost July now and she has since carried this around, asked me to hold it and keep it safe, and when I just took to out of my wallet to show her she told me "Oh that's me! Payton"! Bless your sweet soul for making a stressed out mama take a moment to realize life's little moments are the sweetest, and for making my little girl so happy. I don't know you name, but the next time we see you we owe you a big hug! You are an amazing asset to this store and deserve to be recognized for the things that make like truly special!

Costco always takes all my money. But it's got the best prices and the cheapest gas in town. I also get to clean their carpets on a regular basis too!

All I needed to do today was pick up my eyeglasses. Why did Alicia completely ignore me as though I was invisible until a person of another "complexion" got in line behind me? I walked up, took a number, and stood there unnoticed for 14 minutes and 23 seconds. I watched her piddling around with glasses the entire time and thought she was helping a customer. I get tired of having to write these types of reviews because I am just hoping that someday Black people will become visible without having to create a scene.

This is my first time to go here since it was near my work and I was accused of Fraud since the photo that was printed on my citi visa was my dad but i gave them my own costco card. They don't want to accept my citi visa because they relied on the photo not the name on the credit card. I gave them my other credit cards as a proof that the card holder is the same but still don't want to accept my citi visa as payment. I end up using different visa and they accepted it. Andy, who is the higher manager as what they said was not helpful. He didn't bother to check my ID nor my other cards. He just relied on what his employee said to him. Poor customer service! They need to have a refresher course on their fraud protection!

After today I am canceling my membership. Your entitled cashier was very rude and was a bully . Maybe she feels oppressed but you need to work on customer service here and I expect everyone to treat me the same regardless of who I am because I pay you ! She should be very thankful she has a job and I expect her to above on her being friendly & I have a business & if she worked for me she would have been fired immediately. I pay my membership and you forgot who you work for ! The customer.

The value you get here is definitely worth a membership price, we usually make our money back on the gasoline alone. Service is always nice, they are extremely efficient.

I have to revise my review again. Gave this place a really bad rating after giving them a good rating. I complained about their pandemic setup/side spacings. Came back today, they really stepped up and fix it, there are 6ft markings for front and back and also Igor the aisles.

I ordered draperies from galaxy draperies and I am being frustrated by the lack of communication concerning the questions that I have asked for 3 weeks, After spending $9,000 I expect my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Lloyd Nakamura

Currently at this Costco right now. Trying to ask for help. Waited for 2 employees talking to ask for some help. They look right at me and walked away. Some customer service. Dude was wearing a blue button up shirt with sleeves rolled up and kakhi pants.
Please Costco for the love of God bring back the whole combo pizza. Take pepperoni away, the combo also includes pepperoni! This will be your top seller I promise!

While this is one of the better Costco's in the area, I would give ZERO stars to an employee named Rob (cashier), a portly, middle aged, hair bun, Hawaiian shirt guy type of guy. Rude and unprofessional, I would suggest he be sent to Costco University to learn how to work with customers and how to provide at least a modicum of customer service. Usually a great Costco with gas and a nice car wash. The cashier at the food court was great to us but Rob is a disaster, avoid him if you can. Worth mention is no social distancing and over crowding by customers and employees, they really pack 'em in here. This Costco has had several work stoppages due to employees going down with COVID, I will be avoiding this location for the time being.

This is by far our families favorite Costco. Over the years we have gone to the Lakewood, Cypress, Norwalk and Signal Hill stores. They're all really good stores but the Torrance one has a huge parking area and never seems as crazy as the other locations. This location has a gas station AND a car wash. Best $8 car wash you will ever find! Also, when I go without the kids I take my electric car and they have charging stations there and parking is near the front.

I had issue my eye glass ,spook to Marta optical manager she is very helpful and solve my problem . Yesterday I want to optical department meet Abby she Helpe me out to get fram , she is very professional in optical department she did excellent job to find the right Fram for my lens she has excellent customer service , she deserve a Great award.
