No idea if it's good or not. Hours state they're open until 10:30pm. We arrived at 10:10pm. They has already closed & we're sweeping inside. We weren't the only customer that arrived there around 10pm. I can understand cleaning & starting closing procedures if it's been slow. As well as limiting menu offerings at that point but to full on close and not even acknowledge people when you're hours state you're supposed to be open for another 20-30 minutes is rude & asinine.

They ignored our order (two regular ice creams without toppings or modifications) and prioritized others who arrived after us (groups of 5+ with special ice creams). We waited over 25 minutes and had to ask for the status. When we asked, they gave us vague responses and only made our order after we asked AGAIN. There was no apology or acknowledgment. The staff barely spoke to us, giggling among themselves but not addressing customers. Truly exemplary service!

Very mid frozen nitrogen ice cream shop. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. My boo stood in the empty shop for five minutes before all five employees came tumbling in from the back. Boo grew up in new England and she said, "were you guys all smoking weed in back at once?" They giggled in response. The single scoop she got was close to ten bucks and ice cream wasn't great. My affogato was just OK. No outdoor seating is a puzzling choice.

My daughter loves this place. The counter gets all smoky,from the nitrogen.There are many fun options to choose from for ice cream cups/ shakes.I got a regular/ smallest size cookie monster.It was tasty,but totally pricey.We just come here for special occasions.We went on a Saturday afternoon, empty when we walked in,but quickly became very busy.The place is clean,bathroom clean,there was plenty of parking.Also I know some are vegan or have allergies, this place has vegan options ,so yay for that.I know it can be challenging finding vegan or gluten free dessert places.
