Ice cream was pleasing to the eye, but just okay. The experience was interesting. The place was bright and clean.

Good: I came in at around 3 pm. to a large empty space, greeted by one of the workers. She was super understanding that it was my first time coming and helped me pick a flavor I would like. I ended up going with the Nutella flavor ice cream with brownie bites on top, and it was DELICIOUS. it was by far the creamiest ice cream I've ever tasted. I am for sure coming back. Minor Add Ons: It was pretty empty touring the day, so if you want to go with some friends or family, I would recommend going later in the day

Came here and the table was absolutely filthy it was revolting. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Even found a fallen Oreo that was chilling throughout my whole time there.

Super yummy ice cream. All our deserts tasted soooo good. A+. Staff is always nice and this location is always clean and bright. Very cool place for desert.

I’m pretty sure this place has the same furniture from when they first opened- there were like four girls working and we were the only people in and all the tables were dirty. The small shake is $11 and it’s just not worth it. Especially if you’re trying to have that nice ‘going out to ice cream’ with the family.. it’s just ugly inside.

This place is straight up not good and overpriced (IMO). 3 of us went in and no one liked what they got. I personally got the thai tea with coconut milk combo as I thought this would be fairly safe but it was mediocre at best. Also tried the matcha and salted carmel and i felt relatively the same. The place looks very cool with the nitrogen gas process they use but you're basically just paying for the show. Flavor is not there.

Very good but a little pricey. It was my first time trying Creamistry and happy I did! Polite girl helped me, thank you

the ice cream is great! however, the service is worse than aweful. everyone working had a negative attitude, did not smile, and never said anything like “thank you, have a great day” even when we say thank you, completely ignored. it does not cost anything to be nice and smile.

First and foremost I never leave reviews, im just not that type of girly but this certain situation didn't sit right with me. I was just at creamistry with a friend and the hours on the website and door say that they close at 10:30pm, we come in just before 10pm, and immediately are given nasty looks from the workers. When we walked to the counter they were mumbling under their breath saying that they didn't want to make anything, we were about to go when the guy said he could let us order as long as we get "simple" flavors, which we did regardless, but while doing so and we were looking at the menu, one of the female workers came and turned off the tvs as we were mid watching it and discussing to each other what we wanted. Then when I was ordering, the guy wasn't listening and misheard what I said and charged me for one when I asked for two, but that was whatever. The thing that also got me was while they were making our ice cream, the girls were just mumbling being negative about having to make ice cream, and then a party of four came in and immediately all three of the workers gave them dirty looks and rolled their eyes and turned them away saying they were closed. Mind you, it just hit 10pm. I get it I hate going to places when they are JUST about to close, its annoying and as a retail worker I get it, trust me, but damn then change the closing hours... or do your closing procedures when you're... idk... closed?

My friend and I just walked in to Creamistry 35 minutes before closing (at 9:55 PM) and we were given awful service from all of the staff there. We were told that we were only "allowed" to order plain ice cream with nothing mixed in. Absolutely "no creations" as the employee said. We weren't told why, however, we overhead one of the employees saying "what should I tell them?" to another one of the employees prior to letting us know we weren't "allowed to order" what we wanted because they didn't want to use the machines. Furthermore, when we were looking up at the menu screens, one of the girls working there looked at us and then shut them all off before we were able to make our decisions... We mentioned that we were looking at the screens but they weren't turned back on for us. The girls all stood behind the counter giving us dirty looks the entire time. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable while waiting for our ice creams. At 10:03 when we were walking out, a group of 4 people walked in and were turned away. The man working there stated that "they were closed" despite the sign on the outside saying that they were open for 27 more minutes... To top it off, their points system wasn't working and my ice cream melted almost immediately because it was barely frozen in the machine. This was pretty disappointing and the worst I've been treated here. Unfortunately, despite being great in the past, today was not worth the trip.

Too expensive for overgrown Cold Stone that doesn’t have nearly as many mix-in options. Probably great for you if you prefer your ice cream super freezing cold.It tasted fine to me, but my man said it was pretty tasteless. The waffle bowl was freshly made in front of our eyes, but tasted stale for some reason. The process took way too long. We remarked to each other that we’d have left before ordering if there had been more than the one party of two people in front of us.Also, it’s all a big mystery until they give it to you, and that is no fun at all!! I really want and need to see all the ingredients before they mix them together. That is a very appetizing part of the experience.I feel bad because they are nice and their shop is clean, but I won’t go back. $20 is too much for 2 ice creams that were so cold, I couldn’t taste it, so bland that my man couldn’t taste his, and took way too much time to make.

You can never go wrong with Creamistry! This location is well kept and is relatively more spacious. The employees are super patient and give solid recommendations. Of course the ice cream is delicious, and creamy. I love the customization options. Very happy that they have this in Torrance :)
