I go here multiple times a week when it's hot out as nothing beats the refreshing flavors of the Acai bowls at Carrissa's. Offering all the staples needed for the perfect bowl, you can expect a wide array of toppings to select from for the best acai experience. They also offered rolled ice cream as well, a popular choice among my family and friends. I would say you can't go wrong for an after dinner treat than a bowl of rolled icecream or acai!!

So normally you'd expect ice cream to melt in your mouth but this place takes it to a whole different level. The craft of rolled ice cream is certainly an aesthetic in its own. Mixing that with the amazing creations, delicious toppings, and lovely presentation makes for a dessert to die for.

their ice cream is pretty good don't get me wrong but the workers are extremely un experiences and barely know how to do the rolled ice cream they messed up twice and had to redo it... it was pretty sad and took up my time.

I don't like giving poor ratings but if you like rolled-up ice cream in a cup with a variety of interesting flavor choices that sometimes can take a few minutes to whip up the decor, then this is the place when you would want to spice up your taste buds and don't mind the wait on a lazy hang out day! I take my kids there at times when perhaps any of our other fave ice cream parlors aren't opened or too far of a drive to get to.

The rolled ice cream lived up to my long awaited hype! It was so hard choosing just one ice cream when they all looked amazing! In addition to their regular flavors they have other speciality flavors so don't forget to check the flavors next to the register to get something off menu. The process takes a little time because each ice cream is custom made to your tummy's desires and sooooo well worth it. The girl working behind the counter today was so sweet and helpful too.

Found this place while in the South Bay and looking for ice cream. Had no idea their main hook was rolled ice cream (which we'd never had before this visit). Still a nice selection of scooping ice cream and at a good price compared to what some fancy ice cream places can charge. And the single scoop is good size FYI. Rolled ice cream was fun to watch get made and they did really artful job with the presentation. Loved the 2 we ordered. Staff was friendly and did a great job. Owner really needs to get Apple Pay or tap credit card system. Can't believe there's still a touch screen system to pay while all the Covid craziness is going on. I kept the review 5 stars but I really don't want to use a touch system when I'm about to eat food.

I love this place! Theyre so polite and attentive, service is great, and the ice cream is absolutely delicious. I recommend the smore combo... You get charred marshmallows. Cant be beat.

My husband and I recently moved into the area and we were looking to find a good ice cream spot. Carrissa's came up as number one with great reviews so we decided to give it a try. We wanted to take pints home which they don't offer but they did give us three scoops in a container which was basically equivalent to a pint. We got honey lavender and cookie monster, both are extremely creamy and delicious. The lavender taste is plentiful but not too strong. The cookie monster is very tasty and I love the cookie bites within it. We also got rolled ice cream, I forget the name but it was the very chocolatey one. It had chunks of Oreo and brownie and it was so delicious, creamy and very chocolatey! The price was fair as well. The only part we didn't like is that they don't have cones. We will be back though!
