The wait is always way longer than they list, if you order online, add 30 minutes to it and then you might get it at the 45 minute mark. And then they make you stand there watching orders be ignored. At least the chicken is good, but I'm done with this place

This location is in desperate need of new management. I stood and waited for 45 min while the unit organized kitchen staff fumbled orders at a snails pace. A line of customers waiting along my side. At no time did I see the dining area being cleaned either. Plenty of staff on hand so I can only blame management. Shame. I will never give daves hot chicken a 2nd try due to how poor service was for barely average food.
