This place sucks.
Just look at the unhappy 🙁 workers forming dumplings and filling them with the lowest grade sub hormel meatlike filling which produces a gross oily taste and feel. Had the noodles and beef which was also greasy but not as bad. I can't believe anyone would wait in line for
this twice. Nice looking restaurant and friendly service but who cares.

Good experience. Tasty food. Made a reservation so that I didn't have to wait in line. The signature buns were good and the spicy wontons are amazing. Definitely will be back and try more. Just stopped in for a small taste. We'll go back soon.

I order online, drove 2hrs to pick up my food, and they refused to give me the order I paid for through uber eats. It was a nightmare to finally get my 2 sad items without being charged twice. And they gaslit me telling me they “won’t charge me for it”…I hope so, since it was already charged!
Terrible customer service and poor communication. It’s clearly overcrowded, overpriced, the staff seemed unknowable and the food was a bit underwhelming.

The vegan buns were pretty bland. Texture was good though.
And the black sesame mochi buns were good, yet very sweet.

I would have loved to come back and try different dishes but due to this awful experience, I’ll never go to this location ever again.

Compare to other Din Tai Fung. No doubt the food in here is the worst I ever had. The service is no doubt superb and great.

This restaurant chain has the best soup dumplings I’ve had outside of China. Our go items on the menu. Their braised beef noodle soup is also excellent.

Very nice restaurant, Everytime I got there it was fully booked so we just sat on the bar which was excellent. The food is fresh and tasty and the place, even though it is located in a shopping mall, is very nice and upscale.

This is my first time to try there but my boyfriend and I were unsatifying about the noodles soup that's not really hot but it's good and my boyfriend disapointed the service that he requested to sing my birthday after he gave them the cake lol but thank you for serving us table which is good place

I must say I was underwhelmed by this place. Food taste is subjective, and I've had better tasting food in larger portions and less cost.
If you're into hype, and okay Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine (imo of course), try it.
Typically, mom and pop restaurants are better and more authentic.
But try for yourself, it may become your favorite . Plus it's in the mall where you can shop for clothes, jewelry and EVs.
