The food is so good each time and the service is fast.
We encountered a difficulty with a reservation as it automatically cancelled itself few moments before the reservation time but a manager helped us to get a table fast.

I went to Din Tai Fung at the Del Amo Fashion Centerāand it was as good as always! I stuck with my go-to, the Chicken Fried Noodles, which were absolutely delicious, and I also had the Chicken Dumplingsāamazing as always.
For the first time that day, I tried the Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin, and wowāit was incredible. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. I do wish there had been a little side of rice with itāit would have been the perfect match. Definitely a 10/10, and I think Iām officially addicted!
The location was very busy. Table seating was estimated at 45 minutes to an hour, so we opted for the bar, which still took about 25 minutes. The bar and restaurant were bustling, and the service was okay considering how packed it wasātotally understandable with so many people dining.
Overall, it was another great experience at Din Tai Fung. My only wish is that there was a faster way to get a seat, but even with the wait, itās totally worth it.

I had such a great experience here! The shrimp fried rice was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, the green beans were fresh and cooked just right with the perfect crunch, and the lychee martinis were absolutely delicious, light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the service matched the quality of the food. Definitely a new favorite spot for me! I recommend making a reservation because thereās usually a bit of a wait without one since they are so popular.

Had us waiting for hour's, by the time we got called in I wasnt even hungry anymore. Worst part is that we were told we were going to get called a certain time yet that was a lie.

This place sucks.
Just look at the unhappy š workers forming dumplings and filling them with the lowest grade sub hormel meatlike filling which produces a gross oily taste and feel. Had the noodles and beef which was also greasy but not as bad. I can't believe anyone would wait in line for
this twice. Nice looking restaurant and friendly service but who cares.

Good experience. Tasty food. Made a reservation so that I didn't have to wait in line. The signature buns were good and the spicy wontons are amazing. Definitely will be back and try more. Just stopped in for a small taste. We'll go back soon.
I order online, drove 2hrs to pick up my food, and they refused to give me the order I paid for through uber eats. It was a nightmare to finally get my 2 sad items without being charged twice. And they gaslit me telling me they āwonāt charge me for itāā¦I hope so, since it was already charged!
Terrible customer service and poor communication. Itās clearly overcrowded, overpriced, the staff seemed unknowable and the food was a bit underwhelming.
The vegan buns were pretty bland. Texture was good though.
And the black sesame mochi buns were good, yet very sweet.
I would have loved to come back and try different dishes but due to this awful experience, Iāll never go to this location ever again.
Compare to other Din Tai Fung. No doubt the food in here is the worst I ever had. The service is no doubt superb and great.
This restaurant chain has the best soup dumplings Iāve had outside of China. Our go items on the menu. Their braised beef noodle soup is also excellent.
Very nice restaurant, Everytime I got there it was fully booked so we just sat on the bar which was excellent. The food is fresh and tasty and the place, even though it is located in a shopping mall, is very nice and upscale.
