Food was good, employees were not. The cashier didn’t know what I was asking for when I asked for a combo, and apparently I also had to ask for the drink on the side? But the point of a combo is to have the drink in there too…the cashier wasn’t paying attention and was being impatient while I was ordering like he couldn’t wait to get to get out of there.

Disappointed. Asked for my bagel toasted so I expected the crunch you get when toasted. At best, my bagel was microwaved. Soggy and chewy. I won’t be back.

I ordered mocha latte with almond milk and it was way too sweet. I got acid reflux just from the drink because it was WAY too sweet. I would not recommend getting this drink from this restaurant.

Good bagels, pricey.

Yummy bagels and nice staff. I just got a senior discount for the 13 bagels and 2 cream cheese tubs around $17 with senior discount.

Came to pick up a large to-go order and they told us some of the bagels were still getting baked which was not a problem. They kept up posted and had everything ready in about 10 minutes.

There are a lot of seats and seems like a good place to work and hang out. I love their bagels and their spreads! So good

Absolutely fantastic Texas Brisket Bagel here, the food was fantastic. One of the best bagels I have ever eaten! The coffee was great and I ordered a baker's dozen bagels to take home!

My bagel and Carmel macchiato was ok. The woman took down my name wrong, so my items were sitting there for a while before I went to the counter to see what the hold up was. My drinks ice was already melting and my bagel was no longer warm. I’m sure it would have tasted better if I got bother when they were made. I will give this place another try as I have had a different location and my experience was great there.

Ready to go bakers dozen were not warm. Perhaps have a timer so customers know how long it's been sitting there. Also there were like 6 employees behind the counter but no one manning the register. This caused a long line out the door and increased wait times for merely a grab n go.
