Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff is friendly helpful and friendly. The bagels are delicious. I really like this location, but wanted to bring this to your attention. On 12/7 I placed a mobile order. First I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with shmear they gave me blueberry instead. I also ordered a farmhouse with no shmear, they gave it to me with shmear. Please just take an extra second to the orders to make sure it is correct. Luckily I was still at the site and they corrected the farmhouse. Though didn't say anything about the other mistake. Thank you.

I usually go to this location because it’s close to my job. I will have to find another because this one has bad customer service. I went here on June 6, 2025 to get a dozen bagels. I had the bagels ready to pay but no helped me. It was like I was invisible all the employees walked right past me. I only waited for like five minutes before I got the signal that I wasn’t going to be helped. Last time I waste my time at this location. They need to improve customer service not ignore the customers that are at the cash register ready to pay.

I recently did a review but deleted it and submitted this one because I had a good experience. Maybe it was a one off.

Food was good, employees were not. The cashier didn’t know what I was asking for when I asked for a combo, and apparently I also had to ask for the drink on the side? But the point of a combo is to have the drink in there too…the cashier wasn’t paying attention and was being impatient while I was ordering like he couldn’t wait to get to get out of there.

Disappointed. Asked for my bagel toasted so I expected the crunch you get when toasted. At best, my bagel was microwaved. Soggy and chewy. I won’t be back.
