Thank you for the really great food. The order taker offered an alternative and I was happy I followed her help. They had garlic bagels available which are one of my favorite bagels. The inside and outside eating areas are roomy and comfortable even when they are busy. The cashier was friendly and patient.

I ordered from the app at 8:30am for a 9:40am pickup. When I went in at 9:37am, they told me that they had just received the order from their computer 7 minutes prior so it would take another 15 minutes! I specifically ordered to pick up at 9:40am to bring somewhere by 10am!!! it appears they don’t prioritize the online orders!!!! SO WHY EVEN PUT ESTIMATED PICKUP TIMES?? I guess I have to assume that it won’t be ready so either order for pickup way earlier or go in person!!!! No apologies or anything. Also, just to note, this was a $164 order so you’d think they would make sure it was ready and correct.

This place sucks. You have to ask to get your bagels sliced, you have to ask to get the toasted, and they charge you for each cream cheese, shouldn't each bagel come with cream cheese? I will never come here again, bagels are not even that great. The place was dirty and outdated. The whole experice

Today I purchased a dozen bagel in different flavors!! To my surprise that all had onion tastes! Not just one but all of them!! If I wanted onion I would order onion flavored. I didn't even say anything to the staff due to the fact that manager and assistant manager have a bad attitude and I wasn't going to ruin my morning by having an argument with those two!! If you going to offer different flavored bagels please make sure that you keep Ingredients away from each other! Very unprofessional from their par to serve this! Please take a class ServSafe on food cross contamination. Very disappointing!! Had to throw away the entire dozen!

The bagel has good flavor. I got the Cinnamon Sugar and Cinnamon Raisin bagels. They did not cut or toast it. I did not have anything put on it, but it would have been nice to have it cut in half. Or at least ask me if I wanted it cut. Maybe if I wanted butter or something on it. Either way it was tasty and fresh. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly, patient and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and thought it may help. It helped my tummy but not my head. Needless to say I would definitely recommend their bagels!
Went to Einstein Bros Bagels this morning and purchased the Brisket Egg Sandwich- with extra brisket!This bagel sandwich is masterfully created- there is the jalapeño cheese bagel with brisket that seems so tender as if roasting for hours, the egg and the chipotle aioli!! Now that is what I call a breakfast sandwich, the brisket is tender seasoned to perfection and biting into a jalapeño gives a little kick every now and then!!!

I don't know why they have only 3 stars. I had the most delicious nova lox and bagel. My bagel was plain although the best bagel I've ever had. It was soft toasted and warm, plain but most flavorful. It even had the corn meal on the bottom side. The Lox was fresh along with tomatoes and capers. A thin spread of Smear just like I like. The weird thing was I ordered at one register then paid at a different registered. When I asked if the orange juice was freshly squeezed i was told " no it's just minutmaid" lol then I asked if they had hot tea and the answer was "we just have green tea bags" lol I get it, this is a bagel shop they not trying to sale too much of anything else. I wish I had taken a pic of my bagel it was so good

I followed the instructions and wrote to Einstein's contact. Alex called, apologized, and offered me the opportunity for them to make it right. He paved the way for me to revisit Einstein and redo my order. Manager Pily was friendly, listened to my previous disappointment, and had my order done promptly. All was excellent. The bagel was toasted and the latte was perfectly delicious. I appreciate the efforts made to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
