Place is terrible when ordering thru the app..order my food at 10am to pick up for lunch and it wasnt ready showed them my phone order and they canceled my order while i was there..shity service and it was most likely a manager who used my phone to cancel the order when i showed it to him.. Wouldnt recommended to go there for lunch place is horrible do better pollo loco..id give them no stars unfortunately it doesnt allow you to..

I ask for the code for the restroom the Manager told me the restroom was not working. Someone else ask for the code the Manager gave the Mexican guy the code.I'm not Mexican .today Saturday i walked into El Pollo Loco.the lady worker looked at me and kept working. 5 seconds later a few Mexican people walked in the same lady said welcome. a few more seconds another group walked in same race. The Lady said welcome to them.i walked out.ill never buy anything from El Pollo Loco again.

This El Pollo Loco is hands down one of the best places to visit in the South Bay! The staff are cordial and professional - reasonable requests are accommodated.
The food is always fresh and delicious!
The service is extremely friendly and prompt!
The staff on duty for my last visit, Gloria, Iris, and Angel were excellent and made this visit as great as my other visits to this location - it's why I keep coming back!
I believe Elsa, I hope I spelled her name right, works 1st shift and she is as wonderful and professional as those I mentioned, but frankly, the entire staff, chefs included, are top tier and brilliant at what they do.
The next time you want something healthy, delicious, and that won't break the bank while feeding a lot of people, do yourself a favor and visit THIS El Pollo Loco!

1 hr and half before closing time they stop making food and when you pull up too the drive thru they turn u away by saying we dont have this that and that almost everyrhing is not available
