We went through the drive-thru. People (on accident) left out part of order. We phoned in and they saw part of order still there, and we went back to pick it up.Even provided/got a beverage.

I don’t live in the area but when I go shopping at Del Amo I occasionally visit this location and always have the best experience. The food taste better here and the customer service is great!

They overcook the chicken and make it dry. They do the same to the churros.

When I request “no thigh (dark meat); substitute chopped chicken breast (white meat),” in my chicken avocado quesadilla, they charge $2.00. But the other EPL locations only charge $1.00 to $1.50 for that substitution.

So, they charge more but the food is much lower quality since the chicken is always overcooked and dry.
