I work around this El Pollo Loco, it's 10's times better than the one near my home. I went an hour before closing and my Double Chicken Tostada looks like a masterpiece! Lol! Just tried their shredded chicken crunchy taco, so good! I would include a photo, but I already ate the taco also, they're always very friendly in the drive-through. I've never had an issue with the customer service or the food ever.

I normally don't have issues with other locations, but this one gave my order incomplete. Was missing 15 dollars worth of items and as now they seal the bags, there is no way to check on the spot. I called them and they didn't fix the problem and wanted me to drive back to look at my receipt, and most likely they do that kowkng most of the people don't have the time. They need to fix their customer service.

El Pollo Loco , please take notice This location is doing a severe disservice to your brand and specially other locations that actually care about how they treat their customers, the speed which they operate , and the overall experience that they provide to their clientele A few observations The locations cook/chef always seems to be doing double duty Also as a cashier and a quasi manager There is never any sense of urgency to get the orders processed , drove though can take 10 min or more After you order There is no welcoming feeling of any kind when you enter this location and get your order or if you need anything extra or if anything is missing There is no "thank you" "come again" "How's everything" The fact that you have to always ask for utensils for a to go order is quite ridiculous... not everyone is going home after picking up food The wait is always long when you order inside as well The quality of the food can vary widely depending on the time of day you arrive , as you could be getting chicken that's been sitting on the "warming" side of the grill for hours possibly ... dry and leathery Where is the management ? Non-existent You've have enough 1 Star reviews that if there was some semblance of pride or wanting to provide even at least average service as compared to other EPL locations , you would have taken at least some action I will drive 5+ miles out for my way to another EPL location going forward to avoid this particular one Please don't bother asking me to go online to your website and I don't need nor asking for anything free As a result of my continuous bad experiences I would Love to see a corporate EPL person "mystery shop" this place and see for yourself how bad it actually is

What is going on, this week the rice in the pollo bowl is awful like it was left over night now is 6:38 pm whats going on, service at the counter by a young man is awful very bad attitude better change job, please fix ur rice issue, somebody is messing it up, it used to taste way better ?. I am a regular at this location, lastly the tables are always dirty ?

Dine in is over at 9pm sharp. Drive thru stays open till 10pm. Even then I don’t think they want anyone coming through the drive through after 9pm. Ordered a chicken quesadilla but was given something else. Decided to just try it and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tried. Cheese wasn’t even melted. I will never be back to this el pollo loco again. Better to go to the one on PCH.

I'm surprised by the difference in opinion here, but I got here after 7pm and found it to be ok with good chicken and really good sides. I got chicken with broccoli and coleslaw. It was good. Place looked pretty good and clean. No complaints. From what I can see they do probably the most to-go orders of any EPL that I've been to. The service was good - no complaints. Maybe there is a real peak load problem during rush periods, but I can't say anything bad to this point.
