We came Christmas Eve 2025 the service was impeccable the food was delicious and as always they went above and beyond. Worth every penny!! PS the Cadillac Margarita was DELICIOUS!!!

Went there for dinner and was very dissapointed at their food. I ordered a steak and shrimp and my wife chile relleno plate. The shrimp was super salty and the steak was raw and rubbery. My wife's chile rellenos were very watery and bland. The guacamole had too much acidity and salty,too. Very dissapointed with this restaurant to say the least. I will say that the servant was excellent. He was constantly asking if we needed anything else. This place sucks for being regarded as a $$ restaurant.

Attended a Birthday lunch an enjoyed. My margarita tasted like it had no alcohol in it. We had to order a extra shot. And there was a dog in the restaurant. A regular house pet. Just about 3 tables down. Someone mentioned it to the waitress and she just shrugged. Like as if maybe someone said something to them but didn't do anything. A guest mentioned thats very unsanitary to have pet dander, flying around the air, getting into people's food. It was not a service animal at all. And it smelled like dog.

I made reservations for 6 people and the hostess sits us at the bar and the bartender was our server, it was the worse service I have ever experienced there and I have been coming to this location for over 40 years, I went over to one of the veteran servers and told him about my experience and he said hopefully next time we get him, hopefully they’ll be a next time, Paco’s Tacos in Culver City is waaaaay better!! Won’t be coming back here for a long time

Our server, Ernesto, was so nice and very efficient. You can really tell that he’s a very hard worker, and so attentive. He stopped by many times to check on us and always seemed to read our minds (refilling chips, water, etc). Amazing service and great food!

Recently we had an opportunity to revisit this El Torito. We were glad we did. The food was delicious. I had the mahi-mahi tacos. Oh my goodness my wife loved her food too. The service was phenomenal. We could not believe how fast our order was taken and food. Served the server also gave us great suggestions and make sure we were taken care of royalty. The atmosphere is very family like like you’re in your mother‘s living room I would definitely return here again thank you for an excellent food experience. You gotta try the corn cake. we usually get extra. #KeepGoingOAM

The Prayer Warrior
I appreciate the Friendliness of the Manager as soon as I walked through the door. Not only that my Waiter Eduardo was one of the best Waiters I have ever had at a El Toritos. He was very attentive and paid attention to the customers. I didn’t have to chase him down for help and he is prompt. Before I could ask him for a refill of lemonade he brought me more without me having to ask. I highly recommend this location because they treat you with care and the food is great and fresh and the best.
