All drink machines out of order. They took a cup and went inside the walk-in refrigerator and filled a drink for me. The purple hair lady was rude and condescending.
I got an Impossible Meat Fatburger and you couldn't taste the difference between it & beef. It was Great & I also got the last Impossible Meat pattie,they'd run out. The staff were very nice to everyone that was there. Getting back to that Impossible meat Fatburger,if you like a good burger, do yourself a favor & get one or two,Enjoy!...

HORRIBLE customer service. Have come here faithfully for years and after an issue today where our order wasn’t made correctly, they refused to fix it or refund us. Will not be back.

wouldn’t come to again, order came out wrong, had things in it i said to exclude, very disappointed, and the fries taste like nothing and are dry , staff were nice though, the food itself is the let down

This service at this place has been terrible since the start of Covid. If I order online, I expect the order to be ready at the end of my 15 minute walk to pick it up. Instead they're just putting the order in as I arrive.Do better Fatburger!

This is the only burger ive had that resembles what i make at home, deffinatly deserves full 5 stars. You get what you pay for.The other thing is the staff are legitimatly nice, not fake smiling and weird, it feels like people work there that actually like their job.I went to 5 guys and in-n-out to compare btw & fatburger smokes them.
You may miss it and have to turn around, but when you do you will get one of the best burgers and you can learn the history of fat burgers on the back wall you might be interested.
Burger was way to salty. I felt bad asking for my money back so I tried to mask the salt with ketchup. Won't be coming here any time soon and I'm a long time customer.
