Food was good, but service and execution were lacking. Entered a location with no welcome by the staff, there were only a couple customers in the store(1/2 ppl waiting on food and 1 table with a small family). There were actively 5/6 workers there talking amongst themselves as they work/act busy..I feel I waited far too long for my online order(for a couple reasons), plus I had to remind the staff I had a milkshake as well. The one employee who spoke with me seemed friendly enough, but I could see the glares by some other employees as I waited.Not a fun feeling when I haven’t don’t anything by order online and even tip y’all . :(very unusual experience, hopefully an anomaly. Thanks for reading.

Like shake shack, five guys always delivers value through quality ingredients and speed of service considering that they make each order from scratch within 5-10 minutes. If you have a peanut allergy, please consider another location because there are open crates of peanuts that are offered for free at most if not all of their locations.

Owners should teach their employees to respect Latino people and not make fun of each other for not saying a word well. I never go to that place again ?

I work down the street from this location but have not been in here in a few months. I considered turning around after walking in and seeing how dirty the place was. I assumed maybe because it was a holiday it was busier than normal and they just haven't had a chance to clean. I waited at the register for a long time before even being acknowledged. When someone finally took my order they seemed bothered by me wanting to order food. After a 15 minute wait I got my food and my order was incorrect. I went back up to tell them and nobody acknowledged me again. When someone finally asked what I needed I told them my order was incorrect and they said they would remake it. They acted as if I was asking for a refund or worse. So I just said nevermind I'll just eat it as is. My fry's were burnt and the burger was awful and that's not because it was made wrong.
