I paid he servered other people before me after asking for refund he refused I was on my lunch break I had to leave with out food or refund I will be back to get my money

I called around 12:00 pm to place an order and felt brushed off by the person who answered. When I asked a couple of clarifying questions, the responses were short, curt and I sensed impatience. Even after politely asking to repeat the details, the call stayed tense and I hung up without placing the order. This experience made me hesitant to return.

Terrible customer service will not be going back. Order my children some food here the man taking orders refused to accommodate us with something simple since they don’t offer kids meals I asked for a mini with an extra mini bowl to separate my children’s food He said no we don’t have bowls 🤨. So i left quickly and annoyed never had an issue with the other locations before.

The loud Jesus inspired music added the flavor of faith and devotion to my meal. The palpable enthusiasm from the Asian man who took my order deserves only the highest praise in maintaining his mental sanity in such a devout establishment. If you feel like god and flavor are lacking in your life, turn up the devil’s heat at the flame boiler and live sanctimoniously by His flame grilled touch.

The asian manager here refused to give me a tiny container of hot sauce even though I spent $16 on a chicken plate. His reasoning was since I bought my plate at a different flame broiler, I cant get hot sauce at his location because I didnt buy the plate at his location, he then told me to drive back to where I bought my plate and ask them for hot sauce. To make it even more ironic, I bought an iced tea for $3 from THIS flame broiler as I was asking for some hot sauce and still the dude didnt want to give me any sauce. The entire place was empty and he had like 100 containers of hot sauce in a bin and still refused to give me one tiny container of sauce even though I've already bought a chicken plate elsewhere and an iced tea at his flame broiler. Hot sauce isnt expensive to stock up on and Im pretty sure the company pays for new orders of supplies they need anyway. Dude is definitely greedy and a penny pincher. I then asked for a fork as well and he threw a hissy fit. I've never in my 26 years of living seen this type of greed coming from a small chain restaurant like flame broiler. The asian manager here needs to fix his attitude towards customers. I literally had second thoughts of putting the drink back, These types of restaurants do not deserve one penny from any honest customers.

I think it’s the best flame broiler Ive visited. Consistently good. Good portion sizes and everything is cooked perfectly. Don’t pay attention to all the negative comments about the owner- the guy serves a great lunch. He’s working hard- a lot of times he’s the only one working in the store. Yet, Ive never waited more than 5 mins. I don’t expect anyone to be all smiles when they’re working that hard.

I have never seen a flame boiler so empty before . The Asian man behind the counter was rude seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all . He went from taking money to cooking , when he had a cook in the kitchen . I found a hair in my food while eating it , at the bottom of my plate . The meat smelled funny after 5 mins of eating . I feel so sick to my stomach now, as if I have to throw up. This is unacceptable and I have never in my life had a bad experience at a flame boiler . Never been to this location before but this one time an I started not to go but it was closer for my lunch . The Asian guy didn’t want to be bothered because when you ask him for something he had an attitude . I should’ve cancelled the order but I tried to be nice . This is the worst service I ever had anywhere . I had to write a review because this should not be tolerated at any food establishment. We all have work an we all have things to do , if your unhappy with work don’t go !!

Middle-aged Asian gentleman behind the counter had AirPods in when taking our order and was frustrated that he had to ask us to repeat ourselves. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there and gave us attitude when we misunderstood his mumbling. Ended up walking out. Plenty of other places with better service!

The guy who works at the front is incredibly rude! He told me to go to another location because they ran out of white meat. When I asked if they have salmon, he told me to go to Waba Grill. Not a nice man & probably not great for business.
