First time here and last time. Never ordered here before but it was empty so was scanning the menu. Two of us ordering the same but slight difference in request, the server was annoyed when we had a second thought of adding veggies, initially the second bowl was without but then we decided with veggies and only to get an annoyed grunt and facial expression from the server. Then proceeded with completing our order without asking if we would like avocado or anything else. Only til after we realized that you can add other items to the bowls. Definitely won’t be back and get the idea why it’s empty. If listening to customers request and change of mind annoy you then maybe a different line of work is best.

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I was actually worried about the undercooked meat comment because I am pregnant. Everything was perfect and i didnt have to ask for anything different. I asked for extra sauce and he just gave it too me happily. Also the restroom was available to use which was great for me. I got the half and half plate with extra extra avocado. Highly recommend !

We had their Chicken Bowl. It was good. This place was clean and staff who helped us was friendly. It is right next to Walmart supercenter, so plenty of parking. Overall good.

Asian man with bad customer service not polite at all always giving you a bad look like your wasting his time.I did go a few times thinking he had a bad day the last time . Nope that's just how he is and I not going back again . Sorry but customer service has to be #1 all the time. .

Not sure what this man was so upset about but there was an older Asian man that got upset when I asked for my chicken to be well done. Didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t even have his mask over his mouth or nose. Flame broiler needs to do something about this as I will take this above management.

The worst service. The food is as good as it can get but the worst service I have EVER received from any fast food restaurant and undercooked chicken. Do not come here.

Its my first time and I will never come back. The service is horrible. Older asian man acts like he is so miserable at his job. Was extremely rude. I was even saying please and thank you and nope still rude. He even snatch my credit card from my hand. Oh boy I have never encounter worst service like I just did here in this place. NEVER AGAIN!
