Frostbites Crepes & Frozen Delights

If you love ice cream you must read this! This place is so good. It’s not really ‘ice cream’ it’s frozen custard (pretty much the same-ish) Theirs is excellent- So delicious and creamy! One thing they do that is so amazing - that I’ve never had anywhere else - is they layer the toppings! They fill the ice cream in about halfway and then they layer in a bunch of your toppings (that you picked) and then they fill it up some more and then they put more of your toppings on top?!?! What is this magic?!?!?! It solves the most major problem for all ice cream lovers everywhere is that you eat all the toppings first and then all you have is ice cream no more toppings. Their topping selection is also excellent. I had Nutella and almonds on the chocolate frozen custard. Wowwww. Best ever :) The service was impeccable the two girls working there were so friendly and sweet and they did such a great job. They were very thoughtful about explaining all of our options and took great care making the ice cream dishes. If anyone in corporate or management ever reads, this, you should give those girls a raise (working Sat evening Jan 4 2025) and also put a lot more promo out front about your frozen custard and the layering of toppings because that is really special and I would’ve never known just by looking at the front. It was a pure accident - I just thought it was a crepe place. I will definitely be back!

The picture is half-eaten ? The mix of sorbet and soft serve is the best ?? ✨I didn't know how to order, so I ordered just the coconut at first, but the staff told me that this combination was delicious and let me try a mix of pineapple and coconut sorbet and soft serve! ! It was really delicious so I bought it ? The clerk was amazing ? When I went there to try TARO, she let me try something even more delicious by combining it with other sorbets ? Next time. I'll go buy it! ! And the price is reasonable and wonderful! ! I usually can't finish all of my ice cream, but the ice cream here was delicious?2024.4 updateI was recommended a combination of strawberry, passion fruit, pineapple, coconut, and ice cream and purchased it. This time it was also very delicious.

Customer service was horrendous. The worst ever. Me and my friend stood and waited in line only to realize that there was no line. Both attendants were just talking to their friends who had already been served. We waited for 3-4 minutes making eye contact with both. When i finally walked up and asked if either of them could attend us they treated us with such contempt that we didnt even bother. They need to be FIRED. They obviously dont care one bit.

Frostbites makes the most delicious frozen custard and Italian ice! I’ve been coming here for years and count it as the best dessert I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and get a scoop of the vanilla custard with Italian sorbet on top. You won’t be sorry

Looking for desert and something rather refreshing I was happy to see a place selling sorbet.It is nice and fruity and they have a t least 10 different sorbet flavours.Staff is friendly and it is good value.

The mix of Italian ice and frozen custard is amazing!!!! I can't believe so many people who live in the area have never been here. Maybe it's because it's in the mall? Make that trip and try this ice cream. The staff is friendly and will let u try a bunch of samples. There are hundreds of different possible combinations. Rocket pop is my personal favorite on of my kids favorite isnthe watermelon sour patch kid. (Summer seasonal flavor)

Paid for a Nutella and strawberry crepe, got strawberries with the smallest amount of Nutella. The crepe was also not good and way too much crepe for the amount of Nutella. Highly disappointed after expecting a really good crepe (4.6 stars as of writing this review).

Love this place so much....but it's closed at the del AMO mall....so so sad....but of you get a chance and find one....go...so good....it's a sweet gem *guess what I was mistaken....it's inside the mall now ...GO GO GO....did I say g0?

I was absolutely pleased by the great customer service Alysia gave us today (07-20-21)These days its very difficult to even get 'decent customer service' anywhere, so I was blown away!!I was Extremely happy and will definitely stop by again.Thank you, thank you, if you're seeing this alysia. ?

Frostbites is a fantastic place. The ice-cream is really custard chocolate and or vanilla AND THEN then there are many options of the thinnest frost ice to go on top. I like the chocolate with the coconut ice.

Amazing & delicious. Staff was delightful!I came with a little date and it was so good. It's really hard to stay safe and everything during COVID but we made it possible and came by. The flavors were great and the price wasn't too bad
