I’ve been coming to Fusion Sushi since I was a kid, and it will always be one of those places that feels like home. The food has been incredible for as long as I can remember, always fresh and full of flavor. Every visit feels just as special as the last. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and the manager Gina always goes out of her way to make everyone feel cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. There’s such a comforting energy here, the kind that keeps you coming back not just for the food, but for the people too. Fusion Sushi has been part of so many memories for me, and I know it always will be.

Fishes are not fresh, google say close at 10pm, we came around 8:50pm order a big bottle sake for 2, after we open the bottle they said restaurant will be close at 9:30pm. They also mess up our order and the bill was wrong trying to charge us for what we didn't order.

Please try this restaurant and make your own decision. I thought the food was horrible. The food is definitely geared for American clientele. I have over 20 years managing Japanese restaurants. They have the worst quality rice. The food is for those not familiar with what Japanese food is supposed to be. They seem to have a pretty good regular crowd. I guess if you drink enough, everything tastes better? Staff is friendly and atmosphere is fair.
I’m and all my family, lots of my friends are regular customers from the first day this place was open in early 2000.. This is the only place I trust and eat raw fish. Gina, managing this restaurant all these years. She knows every one names, food preferences and always treats us very very friendly! If you want sushi, this is a right place to go to.

Place an order today. Ordered the tempura veggies with tempura shrimp and 2 orders of California rolls.I received one shrimp and three potatoes and something that was very soft I didn’t know what it was. The California rolls rice was too soft and had no flavor. I was happy at all to a point I gave it away to someone else.I have to say it was the worst I have ever had and I will NEVER go there again.
