I disagree with Laura, this place is great, there menu has a variety of flavors. Also there's a pandemic going on so what do you expect, if they don't anwser the phone don't go their clearly not open...Go inside Ralph's and get the ingredients and make it yourself if your driving 20mins to buy shaved ice.

Went in before the covid happened and the service was great and fast, the shaved ice was bomb, I got pink lemonade and wasn't too sour but yet it had the sour taste but good. Would go back for sure!

Monkey Brain. Nothing else needs saying. Perfect for a hot summer day or just after a long day in class/work, Get Shaved shaved ice is one of my favorite treats. There's a lot to try, but I always order the Monkey Brain. 10/10 recommend!!

Just walked out because the girl at the counter threw the shaved ice on the wall behind her and then threw a block of ice against the wall too. There is ice on the wall.

Wow. Talk about the rudest service service ever. We asked if they had ice cream and she said "No ice cream". Our family and another family were in disbelief. Isn't this an ice cream and shaved ice store?!? . "No ice cream at all?!?" "No ice cream! At All! No ice cream flavors at all!" Complete with neck roll. What the hell lady? Why so rude? Two families in disbelief you have no ice cream for a shaved ice store and you give us this attitude and lip?!? NO THANK YOU!!!! You're the one lacking product and we get this attitude?!? Get some better customer service or train your employees better! This place is RUDE! We're never coming back here! We'll take our money elsewhere!

This place has seen much better days. It is clear that they are on a downward path towards bankruptcy it is only a matter of time. Nothing has changed and nothing has gotten better The only change over the last few years has been a degradation in quality of service, general excitement, and brand image. #CrashAndBurn

Shaved ice is very very good lots and lots of different flavors and they're not expensive and so refreshing on a hot day or even a hot night very good

This place used to be good, then something changed recently. We used to get the toasted marshmallow ice cream below the shaved ice. Then all of a sudden they ran out and never restocked. When they run out of things, they cross it off the menu with a marker or tape paper over it. Seemed kind of tacky and lazy. Find a better and cleaner way to remove this from the menu. They also used to have a drink tray to carry multiple shaved ices but stopped doing that. Ours spill all over the car. Bummer. Under new management? Don't like the changes!
