Very pricey and very limited menu. If there would have been other restaurants near by I would have walked to one of them.

I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Cafe inside the Holiday Inn in Torrance. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I ordered the omelette and it was delicious—seasoned perfectly and served hot. The ambiance is clean and relaxing, making it a great spot for both hotel guests and locals.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety on the menu—it’s definitely not your typical hotel restaurant. Whether you're staying at the Holiday Inn or just looking for a great spot to enjoy a quiet, tasty meal, Ginger Cafe is worth checking out!

Don't understand the low reviews. Had the breakfast buffet, thought it was great for being at a hotel. Staff in and out of the restaurant were super quick and nice. Food hot and fresh with variety.
Given the location of the hotel in a more commercial/industrial area, the cost to uber to other places or have food delivered was not cost effective.
Bad. Bad. Bad place to stay.
Stayed a whole week regretted coming back every night.
Burnt pizza. Chips stale af. Everything overpriced with small portioned.
DO NOT COME HERE!
Front desk staff was rude didn’t seemed they cared you chose this place to stay. Just awful.
Do not eat here for the love of god. Okay so firstly, just the ordering process. It’s inside of the hotel I’m staying in, yet they don’t do room service and bring it up to the room. That’s fine I’ll pick it up. The menu I can find online turns out is inaccurate. I wanted the California omelette as pictured online yet the lady on the phone informed me that’s only available to select patrons. Weird rule but whatever. I said do you have pancakes and she said we have this meal or burrito. And I said the first one with pancakes? Just for her to inform me it doesn’t come with pancakes and I’m wondering why she even suggested it, clearly a communication issue. At the end of ordering I say very clearly “can I confirm the order” to which she states goodbye and hangs up. So fifteen minutes later I walk down as instructed and she informs me she’s only written down my order and hasn’t put it in the system yet. Oh great, so the point of me calling ahead was absolutely useless. I haven’t even received the food yet and I’m so annoyed with the lack of menu knowledge online, the lack of communication with the only employee that deals with that (get someone else better at their job please),And I couldn’t confirm the order on the phone nor did she hand me the itemized receipt. Absolutely ridiculous and such an easy fix. When I finally got the food, I had an entire additional box that I didn’t order but was charged for, and the food can only be described as worse than on an airplane. Just bland and bad. Thanks Ginger cafe, you suck.

It was good, I got the breakfast buffet. It was just like a regular hotel breakfast.
Instant Bar Rescue vibes. It’s good enough for hotel food but staff is short, service is rough, and the food kinda sucks (and super overpriced). If you can bear the traffic, go somewhere else.
Restaurant staff is great . The food is very good.

If you’re looking for bland, overpriced food with rude employees, this is it! Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. It took them 20 minutes to make a (tasteless) breakfast burrito.
Waited 45 min for a cheese burger and fries. Cost $25 and it's not very good. On a good note the employees are friendly.
The quesadillas are amazing. I'm also a fan of the vodka lemonades...
The restaurant isn't open for dinner, so my reservation was worthless. I ate in the bar. The staff were wonderful, but the food was terrible. I had the tortellini alfredo. Even though I dined in, it was served in a styrofoam container. There were puddles of grease floating on top of the pasta.
Not 24HRS. We got here from a long drive and the bartender told us they are closed. 10:30pm. Oh well…
