Came for lunch and ordered the bibmbap, udon, and the hotpot bulgogogi. The hot pot was the best of the three. The udon clearly says on the menu that it includes vegetables and the picture shows vegetables but when you get it there are no vegetables. We brought it up with the team and they were quite rude and arguing that it’s only vegetable broth not vegetables, but I mean look and see the pic and description (A28) it clearly says topped with vegetables. They did not care or offer to add some vegetables or anything. Overall the was food was just okay, it’s the same price or more as a typical restaurant that has a server. So with bad service and mediocre food I wouldn’t go back. Too many other options to choose from.

One of the best galbi tang I've had and not just in the South Bay, but all of LA. I've been to plenty of places in Ktown and I still prefer Hansol. The portion is huge, bachan is delicious, and the meat is juicy. They give you two giant ribs per portion. I can't speak to anything else on the menu since this is all I ordered, but my friend also enjoys their chicken katsu. 100% worth coming. To go is equally good. Great for a cold day!

Galbi Tang (beef short rib soup) is $19.95. It seems quite expensive, but it’s a lot of food and very filling. You get two huge beef shanks in a gigantic bowl of glass noodles with broth and scrambled egg strips. It comes with a bowl of rice and 4 little side dishes. I don’t like spicy stuff, so I didn’t touch the jalapeños, but the kimchi wasn’t too spicy and actually tasted kind of nice with the rice. The broth is heavily seasoned, so I was quite thirsty afterwards. And the beef wasn’t fall-off-the-bone tender. But the flavor was still delicious, and this was a perfect meal on a cold rainy day.

Hansol is one of the best dine-in places inside a supermarket. My boyfriend and I have eaten here many times after shopping at hmart or just picking up some food to take home. Just a heads up, if you want to order to-go, you have to order it in person; they won't take orders over the phone. They are very fast and efficient, usually ready 10-15 minutes. We've tried the galbi tang, cold noodle (naeng myun) and hot stone bimbimbap here and if there is one item you must get, it's the galbi tang. It is served with two hunky bones with juicy, tender fall off the bone meat which is more than worth the price of this dish. The broth is super flavorful, perfect on a cold day and the broth also contains slices of egg and some glass noodles. The dish also comes with a side of rice and some ban chan. The lady at the counter is super nice and we've never had to wait long for food, even when it's crowded. Overall this place serves a variety of popular Korean dishes and is a great way to try ones you are curious about!

My friend who is more familiar with Korean dishes steered me towards the hot stone bibimap. This rice dish is mixed in with meat, seaweed, shredded carrots, egg, sauce and served in sizzling hot stone bowl. There was very little meat in my dish but the flavors were so satisfying that I barely noticed. Portion was large enough to share or eat as a 2nd meal the next day. It came with 4 side dishes (kimchi was really tasty) and a miso type soup. This small stall is located in the HMart food court. You order at the counter and then wait for them to call your number.

You ever just want rice. Good rice and a dish. But not necessarily, go to a full restaurant. My first thought around here was H-mart. And inside there, I discovered Hansool. I will be back to try the rest of the menu for the first bite was like eating over at my friends Lloyd Lee's home and Mrs. Lee could cook. A taste of home, that's Hansool.

An option in Hmart market’s Korean food court. Regardless if you’re here to grocery shop, it’s worth your while to eat here. Such a sleeper spot but incredible none the less. I got the spicy pork bulgogi which was not too spicy at all but full of flavor. My friend got the chicken kalguksu which is knife cut noodles. The broth was jam packed with taste and if I lived closer I’d eat here all the time hands down

Atmosphere - Food court restaurant. Clean, lots of indoor seating. Taste - The Galbitang broth was flavorful and the Galbi was tender. The Hot Stone Bibimbap was tasty, vegetables were fresh and meat tender. Price - Above Average
