The bread was cold and the french fries were just small pieces of potato. So I returned it, but the hamburger bun was cold as expected. So I ate a little and threw it away.

This evening there was a problem with the shake machine for a short time. The manager decided to either give people a refund or help them out with another item that they might be interested in. Shortly thereafter the shake machine began to work and he made sure he took care of every customer that had ordered a shake along with whatever he had accommodated them with. This is why I go to In-N-Out Burger, because they have Superior customer service amongst all their employees. Their food is far superior for the price and they have excellent moral values as a company. I will continue to support this company in the future. This is just one example of the reason so many people go to In-N-Out Burger! Thank you guys for a job well done.
