Today around 630 PM as we were walking out, a waitress (with her hair up in a bun) said "have a nice day" and I said "thank you". She didn't hear me say thank you and exclaimed "or not..." and proceeded to laugh with the host guy that was sweeping next to her. Though I understand she didn't hear me say thank you, do customers deserve that kind of rudeness and ridicule right to their face? We come here a lot (as I live down the street) and we are usually treated very well so it really caught me off guard.

The bar to Shane was absolutely phenomenal. He was very intent with his recommendations and drinks. My first time there all in all great atmosphere will definitely come again.

Go on Wednesdays. The drinks are great heavy hitter at the bar. Makes them wonderful. You want to forget about your problems?Wednesday night's the night to go.

I waited almost 15 minutes before they took my order and The waitress is super rude and wasn’t really helpful. I’m never coming here again. I didn’t even get to try the food that’s how long took

It's an Islands restaurant you can't go wrong, always good service. Great food and portions are large.
Parking: I'm very busy parking lot and area
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to get in, most of the time, an employee will be there to open the door for you, and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible

We always come to this Islands. The service and food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. The manager Brian has GREAT peoples skills. Keep up the GREAT WORK .

The burgers tasted great and the service was amazing. It's a good place to take the family for some lunch or dinner. The margarita flight was a great way to taste their different margaritas (I'd recommend all!). The only thing that tasted a little funny were the fries, they tasted a bit old.
Kid-friendliness: Kids get their own menu with crayons and activities to do while waiting for the food.

Just picking up a gift card. I think the fact that I had to go towards the back of the restaurant to purchase a gift card was not logocial. I was standing by the kitchen area where there was a lot of foot traffic. I waited for someone to assist me there was a guy on the phone with a customer and while he was on the phone a young lady came and asked of she could help me.
