I've never beeb to its just wings but I do go to the chili's. This location is the reason why I love chili's. Very fast and friendly customer services here!

We headed in around 5pm on a Friday and were surprised to be immediately seated. We decided on the 2 for $25 menu, ordered the salads and each ordered the steak (6oz for the wife and 10oz for me). When we needed something for our meal (say butter for one), it took forever for it to arrive. I flagged down our server when we were ready for our dessert. She took the order and then the wait started again! After nearly 15 minutes, I flagged her down again asking when we could expect our dessert to arrive at our table. She rudely spoke into her microphone and told the kitchen to get the dessert to our table as "the old folks are ready to take their nap!"! I'd go back for the food, but would never sit in her station again!

I got excited about the combo deals, it can't be beat but unfortunately it wasn't very good. The wings were overcooked and dry, also there was a hair in my meal. Very gross. It does happen, but still...I had to throw away the rest of it.

Found myself unable to go to dinner with my wife as she was ill after connecting flights and some bad airline food on return from Cuba, so needed to go somewhere close to our hotel that had a takeaway service. Quick Google search found this place that even allowed me to order online and then go and pickup and pay for my order in person. I ordered a Smokehouse combo of Beef Brisket and beef ribs and some sides for around USD$16, Took me around 20 mins to get there by time I left and walked there only to find I had to wait another 20 mins once I was there. Was somewhat confused why it had taken so long to get my order out, I thought it would be ready once I got there. not like they had to cook it. Anyway got my food walked back to hotel about 10 mins set up my food ready to eat and it was just warm. All that time and not even hot. Lucky we had a microwave in the room so got it nice and hot. Must say it was good tasting but if we didn't have a way to heat it up would not of been any good at all. Considering the amount of eateries in the same area wouldn't go here here for Smoked dinner great place across the road in the shopping center for it, although much more expensive.
