I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have had continuous bad experiences with the jack in the box with the managers. I’ve had to wait over half an hour in the past to receive the wrong food from the manager of this store, the wrap was a cold, not spicy like I ordered. And he grabbed a dried out one off the counter after all the waiting. I just tried to give them another chance and the same male manager who is there in the afternoons during the week insisted on charging me extra for a packet of taco sauce. Do not come to this store if you want good service or good food.

I ordered the gremlins midnight meal
And first of all it didn’t include the air freshener
There was no sauce for the tenders
Only 2 chicken tenders was included
Fries were terrible
Curly fries ? Barley came any
Tacos were terrible
Will never go there again

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be reported. I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. I selected sauces through the mobile order and stayed under the free-sauce limit, but the employee refused to include them and was rude about it. They demanded 25¢ per sauce and denied my request to provide what I ordered. This is misleading advertising and inaccurate order fulfillment. Customers shouldn’t have to argue for what the app promised. Management should address this behavior and correct the ordering information immediately.

Took more than 10 minutes to receive my order at the drive through. I repeated the order 3 times and he still got it wrong. Whoever was working window shift around 7:50 in the morning needs to be spoken to. He Failed to understand repeatedly.

Tldr; NOT WORTH IT.

Unannounced charges for sauce, mediocre quality even by fast food standards.

Nickel and dime for each and every thing.

When a franchise owner has to nickel and dime customers like this, there are bigger problems than just giving out too much sauce going on regarding how they deal with their books.

No self respecting fast food restaurant that has a strong loyalty base needs to do this. I'll be avoiding this location and I recommend the same to anyone considering it. There are plenty of other options very close by.

Very Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience at this Jack in the Box location. They didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t include the sauces I specifically asked for, and the staff was extremely rude. The person who took my order had a bad attitude and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It really felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all.

I left feeling upset and disrespected. I expected better service. Definitely won’t be coming back unless things improve.
