I guess my rating only adds to their standard poor rating... For me, I had ordered curly fries that I wanted with an combo but I ended ip with reg fries. Ok, so it's a common simple mistake. So a week later, I'm at their drive through again and I mentioned about the error from previous order, the dude taking the order apologized and said he'd hook me up with a Large curly fries with my order. But, it wasn't in the bag! A week later, I'm back at the drive through and I make an order, then I mention how I'm owed some curly fries. And this time, they ask for my receipt. But who keeps them? Charlene, who was taking the order was by the book. It made no sense to argue for some curly fries but also made me not want to give them any business. I asked her for the manager but of course he's not there. I ask for a corporate number and the manager's name. All Charlene offered was their store number and the manager's name. I guess their curly fries was worth losing a longtime customer.

Let me start off by saying that the service at THIS Jack in the box is the best I've received. Friendly a** staff. Great attitude. The food actually tasted good. The workers seemed to actual enjoy being there. Very nice environment. I enjoyed it and I just pulled up in the drive thru. Sergio is the gentleman that helped me and this guy kept a genuine smile on his face THE ENTIRE TIME he served my food and took my money. If it weren't so far from where I live, I'd come here any time I wanted Jack in the box.

Even though it's Jack in the box, the food was inferior. Plus the bathroom was filthy, nasty, dirty.I will never go back there. Even if it's the last place to eat on Earth.

The most disgusting service ever. I redeemed for a $3 milkshake coupon and paid in full for my order in the app and never received it. Once I put the order through I no longer have access to my milkshake coupon as it is a one time use only. The Hispanic man at the drive thru claims they have no milkshakes. Instead of offering me an alternative item, straight up and extremely rude tone says to come back tomorrow. What the heck?! I demanded my refund or to be contacted by a manager so I can be on my way and he ignored my request and he locks the drive thru window and walks away. I continue waiting for him to return. He does not return instead shuts all the lights off. I step out of my vehicle and continue to knock on the window and he ignores me. He pulls out his camera and tries to take pictures of me. To my anger and frustration I asked for his name and he refuses. Calls me the "f" word. Zero respect for being a paying customer. Rude and unprofessional way to handle the situation. They should shut this location down and get this man fired! I was robbed of my money/coupon special and never got serviced. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

Service was horrible.They saw me and my friend standing there and looked at us with blank stares, after finally getting our order the food took over 15mins which was not the issue, once i went up to get food i asked cashier to please give me some sauces she got them and just walked the whole box up and didn't hand any to me and just walked away and was laughing giggling with the other workers.I grabbed sauces myself from the box on counter and she then walked up and was laughing and i asked her for hot sauces. i was already annoyed it was taking so long to just give me sauces. more workers should be hired at location and more attention should be paid to front not just drive thru.

They took for ever to take our order . They saw us standing and no one acknowledge us ! Food was horrible! My sourdough combo number 3 was very dried ! A lot of mayo just plain awful!

I stopped here specifically for tiny tacos on a coupon and ended up purchasing more.....all good. Service was great at PCH & Crenshaw Location in Torrance. Big ?.!!! Job well done.Parking: Plenty

I came by today with my daughter she has four paws by the way and I asked if we could come in because my dog is not a service dog and they opened the doors With Arms Wide Open. The store is nice and clean bathrooms are clean. I don't usually eat fast food but when I do it's at this location because your food is hot fresh and ready!
Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, got a piece of chicken between two buns, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, condiments, nothing.The person assembling the meals had one job.. that is apparently one job too many.

* You will only get one condiment more than one the manager Elva will charge you Doesn't matter how much food you order it's ridiculous .* My burger was poorly made so i Returned it just to get back the same burger with a different Bun cold burger and this was from the Manager Elva. * TBH I felt like I was cheated and robbed from a good Lunch I was looking forward to enjoying that I paid for ..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BAD ATMOSPHERE Equals BAD FOOD ....
